Middle Kingdom Wrestling && The Chinese Pro Wrestling scene

Hi guys -- I wanted to share some parts about pro wrestling that you probably don't know so much about.

Recently one of our own was picked up by WWE to participate in the NXT Cruiser weight Classic series - "Ho Ho Lun"
He is a Hong Kong Native and we were so honored to have one of our roster members recognized. It should be noted that he is the first ever trained pro wrestler from Hong Kong. Things seem to be coming full circle for him and I hope for all of us at some point in the Chinese Pro Wrestling scene!

MKW's top show is called "MKW TV: Chinese Pro Wrestling" and is already midway into its second season. We feature not just Chinese talent like The Slam, Selfie King and Ho Ho Lun, but we also bring in international talent regularly to compete alongside or aganst the local Chinese talent.

I was listening to AoW earlier this week, and Little Guido was talking about how he didn't speak Italian which was killing his popularity in Italy, since his gimmick claimed he was Italian. It got me thinking about "why didn't he take Italian Classes? Cena is learning Chinese!" Then I began to wonder what wrestling was like in China. I'm glad I found an answer so soon.

Out of curiosity- I know you said Ho Ho Lun was one of the MKW guys. Were any of the new big Chinese signings WWE made a week or so ago also talent from your promotion?

No, but they were all featured in the same competition that Tian Bin participated in as well.  They're supposed to be heading to the WWE performance center in January.  Me and that big mongolian guy who WWE.com featured post in a pro wrestling group together here in China and that's what he said.   He and the rest of the group going have no prior pro wrestling experience until that WWE Tryout from May 2016 in Shanghai.
