Lufisto. She deserved it so much. MsChif probably wouldn't have signed even if she was offered a contract. Wrestling was always going to be her weekend job. This. Her day job pays more than any wrestling promotion ever could. She wrestled for fun. Because she wanted to, not because she needed to. And now that she's married with a kid, I don't see her ever coming back.

Can I count Ivellise?
Firing her for ratting out DeMott's bullshit is among the scummiest things WWE has done.

This feels like a list of talent that they should've signed in 2005 if the women wrestled as they do now none of these ladies would have made it in wwe now or then. What do you mean? I agree that they should have all been signed in 2005, but it sounds like you are saying that none of these women would be good enough for the WWE now days which I don't agree with at all. I can't believe I forgot Lufisto. She is great. Brilliant in the ring, incredibly charismatic and can promo too. A little short but when she wrestles you don't even notice. Nikki Roxx was really good too. Not quite in the same league as the Del Rey's, the Haze's or the Becky Lynch's in-ring, but she too had buckets of charisma. Someone mentioned that Melissa can promo and pointed out the Raisha Saeed gimmick, I always find it odd how good she was with that gimmick because almost every single one of her promos in Shimmer have been terrible, except when she eventually turned heel. So maybe she can't promo as a face, which is a really hard skill. Del Rey was better as a heel too. Now that I think about it there haven't been that many great female babyface promos- Lufisto, Daizee Haze, Serena Deeb(?).

Why is Del Rey on the list? She's already signed as the Assistant Head Coach and producer of NXT. Since I'm not counting her: Melissa MsChif Hamada My 3, although I'd jump through hoops to get MsChif first. Exotic look, unhinged gimmick...print all the money.

They could have signed her in 2005, got five star matches out of her, elevated the womens division to where it is now a decade earlier and still had her train the new recruits when she stepped down from an active role.

Been looking up Mschif, and that's just as damn shame in the best way that she has too many good things going on to help elevate WWE (preferably NXT imo)

She was actually signed to a developmental contract in 1999 and appeared as a fan who got beat by Ivory. Apparently she was supposed to get the Essa Rios valet role that Lita had.

I've never really followed indy wrestling much, even though I've been posting on a wrestling forum for years, most of my exposure to it has been random posts telling me to look at stuff which I sometimes have.
Having said that, it's a real shame that Cheerleader Melissa hasn't gotten major exposure on television. She's been so good for so many years that it's unfortunate she won't ever appear on TV in the WWE.
In fact I just looked up her age now, she's 33. Feels like she's been around SO long (which she has actually by womens standards) but she's only 33. WWE still could pick her up. They won't, but they could.

She's a case where maybe if they were willing to let her do a one shot appearance, like as an entrant in the rumored NXT women's tournament, I could maybe see her doing it just for the sake of saying she had worked in a WWE ring. But at this stage yeah, she is retired and I doubt she is going to get back into it. Too bad, her vs Asuka would be a dream match up.

It's Lacey for me and it's not even close, though I do think Melissa, Del Rey and Eagles are all great. Lacey just had it all. The look, the mic skills, she played a perfect heel and was great in the ring. I always loved that her moveset was pretty much all focused on the neck and back, while also not having any moves that she couldn't do to anyone bigger than her. For a good three year stretch, Lacey was my ultimate.

No Candice LaRae on the list makes me a sad panda :-( This poll's based on who could have been signed back in the mid-2000s when most of the women listed weren't retired or winding down their careers. She still has a chance.

My vote was for Mercedes Martinez. One of the best performers (man or woman) I've ever seen. So wanted to see her display her ability on a larger scale. I wonder what happened to her

Well Charlotte and Bayley aren't exactly models and no more attractive than Rain, Melissa, MsChif, Nikki Roxx, Lacey, Portia Perez or Daizee Haze anyway,
