I have had no luck finding one, but I would like to find a YT channel that focuses on the history of different obscure action figure lines. I know Phelous is racking up a few of these in his Bootleg Zones series, and Pixel Dan had his That New Toy Smell segments way back when, but those are the closest to what I'm searching for that I can think of. I've seen a good few dedicated to things like Transformers or TMNT or the wrestling figures, but I'd love to find one that has, say, a video about the Bug Men of Insectia, and one about Adam Power and another about the Bone Age, or Dragonriders of the Styx.

I'm a big fan of Retroblasting. Micheal hasn't covered the lines you mentioned so far but they seem like they'd be right up his alley.

Ashens has done a few and he gives some backstory when it's not just some unbelievably cheap knock-off he's bought from Poundland but it's just one of the many things he does so no guarantees as to how frequently you'll find this kind of stuff on his channel. That said, this year he is making a series of videos to find the worst officially licensed action figure possible and he's also fairly recently done a bunch of videos on weird Star Wars figures, both official ones and bootlegs.
He also does cover some very obscure stuff like the Infaceables.
