I just watched an episode of the Price is Right where someone did that thing where you bid one dollar above someone else. Couldn't help saying what an asshole thing to do out loud because it's so true. Didn't feel sorry for the lady he did it to though, as she did the same shit to someone else mere five minutes later.

In response to some of the messages a friend of mine received. Not going to repeat that shit here, but basically saying she "deserved" things that had been done to her in the past, childhood and onwards. You can probably connect the dots.

When I read the title I immediately thought of this kid from one of my Spanish classes in college. Just really rude and unpleasant all the time. Like one time I was a little jittery from caffeine and tapped my leg for a second and he gave me the dirtiest look before snapping, "Stop that!" Also, it was one of those classes where the professor would pair people up randomly. I only remember being stuck with him twice. The first time he gave me the cold shoulder the entire time when we were supposed to be doing language exercises together. I'm too nice (spineless?) to say it, but all I could think was, "Dude, I get it! You don't want to be my friend! Guess what? I don't want to be yours either. But I do want to pass this class!" The second time I remember being paired with him I didn't even bother trying to work with him since he was doing the cold shoulder thing again, so instead I just reviewed my textbook.

Really, what makes me think he was such an asshole is that this was the only time in my life I ever encountered him. I went to a fairly big university, but even then you tend to see people in at least one more class or on campus. My point is I have no reason to hold a grudge against him or remember him for any reason. Except that he was just a TREMENDOUS asshole.

I see people litter a lot in SF and I have that thought.

They just throw wrappers or paper cups on to the subway track in the stations. One dude was on the train and as the door was closing threw an empty plastic bottle out of the car.

Another time this kid was walking along drinking from a McD's soda cup and just let it drop right at his feet, the same way a horse just poops where he stands. Didn't even think twice about trying to find a trash can (FYI there was a trashcan maybe 10 ft away).

One of my brothers, his girlfriend at the time, and her sister all went to New York one day, and saw a Broadway show. They bragged about it on Facebook, then when they saw I was upset that they lied to me, they said they were hoping I wouldn't find out.

I have a friend who directs. And my gf did a scene for one of his films. She wants to dye her hair so she wanted to get the scene over with. He has a reputation of being late. Always. Day of, he says be there at 9:00. We get there. He shows up nearly at 11:00. Because he was at a fricken baseball game. Yeah.

Bob Barker was asked about why that was allowed and he said it was strategy. How the hell is that strategy? A contestant has no chance of winning and is like making a someone fight with their hands tied behind their back. If I was in charge I would allow contestants to go over on their bid and if someone bid $1 over someone else's bid and that would be their only shot and they would be eliminated from the game.

I drive a bus and there are no dogs allowed on the bus. Most of the people are cool about it but every once in a while someone will someone will give me an attitude but that doesn't bother me. The assholes are the ones who just walk in the bus with their dog and don't even acknowledge that I said anything.
