I'm split because a lot of this looks really charming but also this game is so obviously just 2D Tears of the Kingdom and I don't even like the 3D one. Rather undecided if I want to get it or not.

Played what's available of the Emio demo and yeah, this definitely feels like a Famicom Detective Club game, kind of just slots right in with having played the others recently. Digging it so far, and while they probably could have modernized it more than they did I do kind of like the throwback feel of things.
That said it feels like it's taking a very, "Make a followup to Girl Who Stands Behind and ignore Missing Heir," approach to things and that's probably for the best? Missing Heir is good but it is definitely the lesser of the two games.

I've heard nothing but good things about Pizza Tower but this is kind of a thing where I don't think I could ever look past the art style. It's just genuinely unpleasant to look at.
