I'll be rooting for my fellow Americans whole-heartedly. And this is an instance where the predictable babyface win is an absolute necessity. No room for my cynicism while watching a wrestling show on the 4th of July (if I'm even watching, I'll probably end up DVR'ing it tbh). I understand that it may not appeal to international audiences, but the U.S. is still WWE's bread and butter. They tour America non-stop, the bulk of their fanbase is American, and they're run by Americans.

This might be contentious but I really hate stuff like this and think it should be looked at similarly to having a "White vs Black" match. This kind of stuff can't be a thing of the past soon enough, saying that as an American.
