Apparently Triple H came out and took Cedric to the back himself.

I seriously hope Cedric is already signed.
And I have a feeling that we're gonna see Roode/Aries/TJ as an "Anti-Dixie" faction in NXT...

I couldn't resist. I wanted to avoid being spoiled, but after I saw something on Twitter about the reaction to Cedric /Ibushi, I had to check them out.
Although I was figuring Gargano was going to best TJ, that it a pretty killer lineup for the quarterfinals. All of those matches have the capability to blow the roof off Full Sail.

Well damn, I was expecting Gargano to go further than that as the actually NXT-signed guy in the tournament, maybe to even to the semis where someone can overcome him in a huge surprise win. But that quarter final sounds stacked as hell and these results sound like they're going to be great to see.

Swann has a pre-existing contract as well, so he's probably the one getting the shine here since Gargano is a TV regular already.

TJ Perkins is that dude and I've been saying that for years.
Glad to see him and Noam Dar (another favorite of mine) succeeding.

How awesome would it be if TBK pulls off the huge upset against Ibushi? Not likely to happen but it would make his redemption arc all the better.

There's no way Cedric isn't signed.
Also : Swann vs. Ibushi? (If we're looking at a Swann upset at some point)
HOLY GOD DAMN, THIS PLANET ISN'T READY!

Fair, I did forget about the contract, but I figured a simi-final match of someone having to go through "NXT superstar Johnny Gargano" and talking about how important getting a victory over someone who's already "made it" and is in the WWE fold would be the story they'd go with there.

I've been going to Full Sail since they first started running shows and the end of the Ibushi/Cedric match was the loudest I've heard that building. It was seriously incredible. That was a star-making performance if I've ever seen one. I've seen Cedric before the tournament and thought he looked good but he's really bringing it now. Ibushi works a crowd almost as well as Nakamura.
Rest of the matches were good too but that match was hard to top. The only slight surprise was Kendrick winning. He's over with the crowd but this was the second time there was a feel of disappointed that he won as Nese clearly out worked him. Gallagher was another guy that had a standout performance. I'm interested in if he's going to be as over in Reseda as he was at Full Sail.
I had a feeling Gargano was going to lose tonight after last night but the TJP story is a real good one. It wouldn't shock me if he beats Ibushi.

Don't watch ROH, is Cedric really that good?

Don't watch ROH, is Cedric really that good? He was a dude there who always had a lot of potential but never really got over to the point where he moved up the card. Once they signed ACH they didn't really need him anymore. Dude can go though and I'd like to see him signed. e: and thank God that TJP beat Gargano #blessed
