There's a fan theory online that Daryl and Rick were giving each other Morse code signals. On the walking dead Facebook pages, it explains it in detail in the comments. Its a pretty good one.

Honestly at this point, I think Dwight is even more unlikeable than Negan.

Me and my wife talked about this since there was the huge Morse code poster on display early in the episode. Seems to blatant to be a coincidence. There's a close up of Daryl blinking his eyes at rick, and the way he's moving his head, its like he's counting out his blinks. And at the end of the episode, when Daryl was in the back of the truck, and Negan was talking to Rick, Rick was tapping his finger on Lucille almost like Morse code. Someone even went as far to try and decipher what Daryl said, they said that he blinked the word "east". |

Upon reviewing the facts, I'm inclined to agree with those who say he wasn't saying "East." He was actually saying "Easy Street."

I'm about as observant as a brick wall and didn't notice the poster, Daryl blinking a lot or Rick tapping signals on Lucille.

Rick was signaling to Daryl that he should try to steal 3rd base. But Daryl was saying that there were already 2 outs so that was a really gutsy call.

Honestly at this point, I think Dwight is even more unlikeable than Negan. Negan at least has charisma going for him. You can see why people follow him, violent displays of power aside. TV version of Dwight isn't doing it for me, and the "rivalry" they're setting up between him and Daryl isn't doing it for me either (I've made my feelings on Daryl clear in the past as well). |

We should not have to wait 5 weeks to see Maggies aftermath. The pacing of this show is awful. None of 3 previous episodes had enough story to justify a whole episode being devoted to it. At least next week looks like we're splitting time between Hilltop and Alexandria. |

Pretty much, not sure if I was suppose to be routing for that Zombie to eat Dwight but that's how I feel about him atm.
Hopefully his character will develop in time.
