I think Heath and Tara will be in episode 6. Maybe he hasn't been on TWD much since Corey Hawkins is starring in the 24 reboot. i don't even remember who heath is Dr. Dre from Straight Outta Compton. The most he's done on the show was the time the Alexandrians slaughtered the Saviors and he and Glenn gunned down a bunch of dudes. I can't imagine Tara makes it much further in the show considering they've killed off every person she ever got close to.

Heath's probably been busy with Kong and I think Tara had a baby so I'm guessing that's why we haven't seen much of them.

I think you'll see them again at some point, I saw pictures of Tara on the set over the summer, she had the baby already, so it looks like she will back soon. I didn't see anything from Heath, but I don't think he's long for the show as he's heading to the new 24 reboot show.

I gotta say it's really nice to see Brian Kendrick getting a role in The Walking Dead, he IS the Post Apocalyptic Scavenger after all, may as well be Jesus too

And less Rick is making this season much more bearable. I'd prefer the cast stays separate like this for a long time. Carol in one spot. Maggie and Co. in another. etc. Plus we need more King Ezekiel.

Looks like next week's episode is a Tara/Heath show from one of the sneak peeks on the AMC website.

Ok
enjoyed this one.
It was somewhat slow in places but all in all, I prefer it when we see 2 different angles in one ep rather than focus on one.
Gregory is pretty much your cowardly heel, somewhere down the line he has it coming.
I like Simon as a character, I hope he doesn't die anytime soon.
I enjoyed the Tractor zombie killing scene as well, Maggie proving she has the capability to lead.
Carl/Edin shipping.
Liked this one, could have been better in some parts but a thumbs up overall.
Will be out in Dubai next Monday so am going to have to wait a bit longer for next weeks ep ¬.¬

I'm way more into Simon as a villain over Negan. Negan is kind of obnoxious, whereas Simon feels more combustible.

Did none of you watch tonight's episode? It was actually pretty good. Damn, I love Tara so much.

Did none of you watch tonight's episode? It was actually pretty good. Damn, I love Tara so much. I definitely did and I wouldn't complain if there were more Tara centric episodes. Love how blunt she is and how she trolled the little girl. I will say it definitely seems a lot of people in this thread stopped watching since the premiere. {Spoiler}I literally breathed a sigh of relief when it was revealed that it wasn't Heath as a walker. Although I definitely believe the Saviors or the Kingdom got him.

Tonight's episode was unexpectedly good. But I've been enjoying this whole season, aside from "The Cell". I wasn't a huge Tara fan, but mostly because she hasn't been given much focus before tonight. She was charming and funny, much like Alanna Masterson usually comes off as in interviews. I figured they wrote her part in this episode with that in mind, but on Talking Dead Alanna said that was coincidental as the writer didn't know her. The situation with the Oceanside community and whether or not they'll end up {Spoiler}{Spoiler}helping in the war against Negan, or even if anyone else finds out about them at all is pretty interesting. {Spoiler}They weren't mentioned in the comics until after the war with Negan.

I missed it as I wasn't much of a Tara fan, I may watch it online later.
Next weeks show looks interesting as it continues from Carl and Jesus' perspective.

Regarding that second one, when was it mentioned? Was it brief or did they dive into it? I really don't recall.

I never cared much for Tara. I never disliked her, she was always just there for me padding out the cast. The latest episode made me a fan, she was awesome.

I don't know if this question has an answer but it's on my mind so...
Seeing the bridge in last nights episode got me thinking about something Deanna said to Rick after he killed Dr.Womanbeater.She told him to take his body west a few miles past the bridge, they don't go that way anymore. What is west that they don't go that way anymore? She didn't know about the Zombie filled quarry. And if it was because of the quarry was it ever determined who set the blockades in place?
Two questions I guess.

Opinions on TWD are such bummers sometimes. Like people complain about characters being inconsequential and then we delve deep into them and make them matter and get response of "a Tara episode? Who cares?!"
I liked the episode and am always glad when minor characters get to do some real developing. Also I've always been a big Tara fan, so I was content.

loved this episode, i didn't bloody recognise who it was until the OTHER GUY said her name!!! but as they say welcome back erm ..... tara i guess and as for oceanside i have VERY BIG DOUBTS over their loyalty, their story don't add up, even negan isn't as sadistic as to kill ALL the men! he takes HALF of what you have ..... their too stocked up for one, leader lady natania dropping hints in her story (many outposts anyone?) and the whole "join us", which is basically a saviour thing! and who took heath??? and the keycard? wouldn't trust them as far as i could spit on them poor tara when she got back to alexandria, rosita getting into her head about getting all chunk norris on their asses
