It still bugs me how this movie is just straight up the exact same plot as Avengers. I mean, could at least TRY and do something different. It's the same right down to being about a representative of an alien warlord trying to find a cube. Also it baffles me that someone went, "Hey, for the big evil force that makes our heroes unite, let's go with Steppenwolf!" Who the hell cares about Steppenwolf?

Yeah at least people remember Darkseid from various other-media, mostly animated series. But then again, they'd say DC was rushing things unlike Marvel. It's a shame as JL does/did look more optimistic than the rest of the Snyderverse. I was especially pleasantly surprised by Flash even though it's Wally (esp. the JLU version) in Barry's body.

To be fair, what do people expect Momoa to say? I was hoping he'd melt a copy of Batman vs Superman and pour it over Zack Snyder's head.

I don't understand why they don't just use Kalibak as Darkseid's herald. At least he might be somewhat recognizable to non-superhero people due to his appearances in the cartoons. Yeah, he's usually portrayed as an idiot, but if his job was to actually beat the JL then they wouldn't need Darkseid, now would they? That said, if when Steppenwolf first appears and "Born to be Wild" or "Magic Carpet Ride" start playing, then I would consider it completely worth it.

Apparently there's a still floating around of Batman and I think Cyborg fighting Parademons.

You mean how every Batmobile has shot bullets? Yeah can't believe it. And it's all Zack Snyder's fault.

I mean, should he just be honking at the Parademon's? This legitimately made me laugh out loud. And oh no, machine guns on the batmobile! That's sacrilegious becauuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuse...

What about the panel where the bat tank fires rubber bullets? And how is the machine guns on the batmobile from Tim Burton's Batman Zack Snyder's fault? Or the weaponry aboard the bat jet thing on Dark Knight Rises?

Here's a panel from Zack Snyder's supposed inspiration. What about the panel where the bat tank fires rubber bullets? And how is the machine guns on the batmobile from Tim Burton's Batman Zack Snyder's fault? Or the weaponry aboard the bat jet thing on Dark Knight Rises? Were rubber bullets used to kill the Waynes? Batman shouldn't have any kind of gun in any kind of medium, be it a plane, or car, or the one thing he's always sworn never to use, a damn gun. Mass Murderer Batman is the worst interpretation of Batman in any form outside of Bruce Timm's creepy Batman loves Batgirl fan fiction. Tim Burton was wrong, and Zack Snyder is sure as hell wrong.
