Well that was better than I thought it would be. Thankfully they didn't lean too hard on Kristen's characters from when she was in the cast.

The episode doesn't seem to be getting a lot of love, but I thought it was very very good. The cold open, monologue, and the pretapes were all tremendous.

It's coming off as petty and, well, soapboxy. Not to mention out of touch when you keep making like the result of an election is a national tragedy...then again I am usually one for giving most anyone one chance. I finally visited the WTC last weekend, it kind of makes you remember real tragedy. People using the 9/11 Mood/Voice about this is akin to wrestling announcers using hushed tones to sell a worked shoot injury. |
