I wish Becky vs Sasha got the coverage instead of Natalya vs Charlotte. In my view it is number 3 in best womens match in WWE history behind both Sasha/Bayley matches. A billion times better than Natalya/Charlotte.
Wish they would mention Melina, Mickie James (Mickie James as a quality worker in general), AJ and Kaitlyn. All deserved shouts for being quality workers, there is no reason for them but jumped over at all and for their work not to be appreciated and just gloosed over as "from the wrong era".
But other than that it's an amazing documentary so far
23 min in: spending timd on Bellas/Total Divas, really hoping Becky gets her own section

I like how they were talking about the original women's title and when the introduced the new one, they edited out the part where Lita said "the first WWE women's champion". So I guess it's a ressurected title now? Instead of a brand new one.

Becky walking around backstage after the WM match crying saying "this is everything I've ever wanted.... and it just happened" made me cry out a few years.
Eyes rolled over during the "Gee Goly, Steph is great!" part of it.
I'll echo what many said, AJ should have been mentioned. She was incredibly over during her run with the 'E.

It was a very good special for the most part. It had negatives (it was a bit messy timeline wise, Stephanie patting herself on the back was inevitable) but for the most part it was a lot of fun, and the attention given to the current women was great. Even better that it wasn't just, "Here's the Four Horsewomen from NXT, they're amazing!", and I particularly liked where they went through every woman in the 5 on 5 Wrestlemania match (basically the rest of the roster) and put them over.
They really need to figure out how they feel about the post Trish/Lita, Diva Search era. It's generally considered a bad move that they fired most of the women wrestlers and started hiring almost exclusively models/hot women...so don't be afraid to say that! Don't be afraid to look back and regret. There are women who's work still holds up (Mickie, Melina, Beth) and there are women who worked hard to get out of being written off as just a pretty face (Candice, Eve, McCool). Pinpoint them, instead of this weird attitude where they kind of overlook that time, skim over it, or re-write history. At one point The Bella Twins were mentioned as taking over from Trish and Lita...what? The Bellas only really came into their own when they returned a few years back. It just makes for a muddled history.
The ignoring of AJ Lee was unsurprising but silly. WWE worked so damn hard to get her over in the first place; have we forgotten all those threads about AJ not being over yet being put in main event segments, looking better than the main event talent, and being more important than the WWE Title? They gave her one of the biggest pushes of any woman ever...but was she even named in the special? It's bizarre. I presume it's Punk related, but again it goes back to rewriting history. She was a big part of the women's division in WWE for a while, and deserved to be showcased here.

I feel sorry for those in that era that really could word like Mickie James, Beth Phoenix, Melina, Jillian, Gail Kim etc who did really word hard to fight to be treated as athletes, but narrowly missed out, just like I always felt bad Alundra Blayze's era was over looked and she missed out on the Trish & Lita era were they actually gained a division of women to work with, but I guess its the way the cookie crumbles. You could say paving the way is a rocky road.

I wouldn't be surprised to hear that they were trying to get her back at some point last year but she turned them down. She was namedropped a lot, three times during one RAW, and then not at all. With AJ's book coming out, I hope some light is shed on what happened there.

She is married to Punk. Probably nothing more, nothing less.

I'm not surprised to hear they ignored AJ. WWE is petty. That's nothing new. But I am surprised they ignored McCool. Undertaker is perhaps the most revered person in the company's history and it's weird that they'd slight his wife like that.

She is married to Punk. Probably nothing more, nothing less. But they bought her back after her marriage.... I know I was there when she came back.

It had more positives than negatives, I'll say that.
I still say Emma & Summer Rae got the ball rolling on the whole so-called Revolution, but I won't nitpick; they got mentioned and were treated well.
More surprised Victoria, Mickie & Beth Phoenix were mere afterthoughts. They more or less carried them through those "down years".

I liked the documentary except for the usual ego fellatio to Stephanie McMahon. Not unexpected, but still.
