Fascinating, and yet a sad read, I was only 2 when Elvis died and God knows what the world would have been like with Twitter at the time, I knew that his health declined greatly, but never really heard or thought about how his work suffered along with his health-thanks for sharing that

I'm really captivated into listening to the CDs... mostly because I love trainwrecks and have a fascination with Elvis's final years (his last show ever was in Indianapolis). They must've been one hell of a show to have to sit through.

But I find it amusing that these so-called "bad shows" are called them. They are still entertaining & it's nowhere near like concerts where a guy is completely wasted, struggles through two songs before vomiting on the stage and threatening to cut some rowdy hecklers.

Whoah-was that Elvis? I wish. This example was more in line with Sid Vicious & the Sex Pistols.

Remember seeing this on some Pistols broadcast while Sid was talking. May they both rest in peace.
Used to have a hair and appearance like Sid, but couldn't get hired. All you need is that hair combed to the back and a bit of sideburns and you're sorted. It ain't f***ing Oasis, you know.

www.gofundme.com/2xj91hoJoe Esposito RIP , the other bodyguards didn't care much for him as they saw him as Parkers spy and he wasn't from the South like them. Sonny West not doing so good either now Today marks 40 yrs since Elvis' final SF concert.
