Speaking of Warlock, while getting my pull list this evening, they had a tpb of all of Starlins Warlock issues. Seemed like fate so grabbed it

Got both Windsor-Smith graphic novel Monsters and the Eastman and Laird TMNT Last Ronin yesterday. Look fwd to getting into both. Still remember decades ago ,might have been CJ or might have been one of the other fan mags, published some of BWS stuff when Monster was still a Hulk project. Looked amazing. Still need to get a copy. Got Last Ronin, but been told "Be ready to read it all in one sitting." So waiting till I have at least 2 hours where no one will bother me to read it. Found and re-read my Skingraft Adventures of the Tattooed Man Vertigo Mini series. This was one I never would have got. But buddy got it loved and it and loaned the four issues to me. And then he passed before I got it read. Good stuff, sucks cause of how short it is,and how forgotten it is,there isn't a TPB.

Speaking of Last Ronin...meet the next generation of the TMNT (which impressed Nickelodeon reportedly) Looks good. But until I get LR read I am not sure if i want a sequel/prequel. But then I never thought I wanted a sequel/sequels to DKR and those were good. Yes I am one of the very few that enjoys DKII.

Was a series I heard about when I first started hitting comic shops way too many years ago. But never bothered tracking down, was more concerned about finishing my Defenders,Howard the duck and DC's Sword of Sorcery runs back then.

It's at least called the Starlin Complete Collection: 4 ish of Strange Tales, 7 ish of Warlock, an Avenger annual, few ish of Two in One.

Superman's reportedly not done yet with the status quo shifts, apparently Lex offers him Lexcorp and Clark reinvents it as Supercorp.
I think this is a cool idea, DC showing Marvel how to do Parker Industries only with Clark's marriage and family dynamic intact.

Wish Starlin was doing that new Warlock book instead of Marz, but still enjoy seeing Rom Lim draw Him.

Heard this along the retailer grapevinme:
Retailers and newsites already have a lot (if not all) of the solicits from May through to August, the significance of this is that Marvel wants to gauge interest and popularity in the books before they're even finished, and that's to cut costs. It's to get more information about the orders before they plan their quarters. Their projections are being made and their estimates for the following year are being revised (Because sales for Judgement Day and Dark Web were soft)
They need to hit more 'precise' numbers. More data, better data etc
Retailers are spooked because they now have to look at the future events and they're having to make a choice over what to sell six months in advance

A new Bat-couple coming to comics Interesting, considering she kind of dated Bruce during the Justice League Detroit era.

RekRap getting a bit of a following in the wake of Dark Web's silly fun is pretty great.

I stopped at a comic shop while out of town this weekend and SCORED #10 through #36 of The ‘Nam from the $1 bin.
I bought the first dozen or so of the series for my dad to read back in the day when the were new so I’ve got a decent run now and a lot of reading to do.

I had a few of those from back when I think it was Sears would offer 25 random comics in a box in their Christmas Wishbook. I remember thinking they were ok, but I was 10 at time. I feel like I'd appreciate them more now.
