So far at least. Saw this on reddit
Damn, Ambrose wasn't kidding. Also props to Styles for immediately jumping in and taking his claim.

Comes out around 16-17 matches per month. He's booked solid because he's a main eventer, and he doesn't miss shows.

Funny enough, those 3 are my favorites in the company right now. Probably in that order too, Ambrose, Owens, Styles.
Although recently Styles has probably overtaken them both.

I just looked up where Reigns falls out of curiosity, he's at 109. Which is kind of baffling when you consider twice this year he's taken a month off, means he's averaging a match every two days for the time he's been able to work. Though I suppose it makes sense when you consider how often he's in quickie, "Send the crowd home unhappy," matches on Raw.

I remember at one point Dean was wrestling at both the A and B house shows while also doing TV... which is pretty crazy.

I think it's mostly the style that these guys work. An hour with Flair seems like a much easier night than 10 minutes of what AJ or Rollins does now.

In this era you can't really grab a hold and work it anymore without getting boring chants. If you aren't healthy then you just can't work an exciting style for today's fans.

Flair couldn't work this style giys do 300 nights a year.
Which is what I think is going to end up killing the wrestling business, or a very major change to the.way it is presented happening soon. What the guys do now is almost not even the same thing as what Flair did in the 80s. It is similar with what is happening in hip hop. Modern hip hop was birthed from the rap gane old heads love, but it has gone in a completely different direction. The style that was birthed from the indys and become common in WWE is not possible to sustain those kinds of schedules. Owens, Ambrose, and Styles are simply lucky they haven't got hurt yet. I look to house shows to be a thing of the past in the not so distant future.

I still can't believe they haven't found the cheaper way to keep the awareness and income to completely replace the house shows. How much can one house show really bank in that one proper online campaign can't. There are so many ways to replace house show but I ain't listing them for them

It's a miracle that Ambrose hasn't suffered an injury at all out of the three Shield guys, especially with the amount of matches he's worked.

It's the same reason Miz has worked that horrid schedule for years and hasn't really suffered any injuries to speak of. It's very grounded and there's not really much to what either men do, but of course it works and it keeps them healthy.

I was expecting Cesaro and Sheamus, due to what feels like a Best Of Eight Million series.

Damn, Ambrose wasn't kidding. Like seriously, this man's first week as WWE Champion involved him opening house show A with a title match then immediately getting into a car to go to house show B to main event with a title match again. Flair couldn't work this style giys do 300 nights a year. Which is what I think is going to end up killing the wrestling business, or a very major change to the.way it is presented happening soon. How much can one house show really bank in that one proper online campaign can't. There are so many ways to replace house show but I ain't listing them for them It's really not about the money (they're pretty much break even shows) or awareness, it's about getting guys to work to practice their matches for the PPV or to try out new stuff and get guys to fulfill their dates. Also, guys usually work a super safe style (minus they spots they want to go over/try) and will wear extra gear to protect themselves (Miz usually works house shows with elbow pads, something he never does on TV).

I do agree that house shows actually turned into training session and pre-feud crowd respons-o-meter but they still do 200 house shows a year which is crazy considering the setup. It's an expensive setup for small crowds like that. House shows are uber legacy thing.

Not really a surprise with Ambrose, Styles or Owens. My homie Daisuke out there getting that money, too.
