The sad thing is- even if it'd be a .5 on the Fritz Von Erich scale, that'd make as much sense as humanly possible right now- especially considering the biggest smoking gun there: It may not be able to culminate in a wrestling match right now due to the issues Sunday- but...well, it's not like there was some wrestler who used a super-rich aristocrat gimmick who will be eligible to be used onscreen as early as tonight's tapings (and even if these tapings are still just barely under the US no-compete clause announced on his release, is absolutely willing to fight WWE enough to say "well, the tapings won't air until after my no-compete, I claim I can show up and if you don't try and stop me..." Actually Alberto is free and clear to work the US on the 1st of October. WWE didn't put on no compete on him this time which means Alberto won't insult WWE publically. But what is the point of him playing the kayfabe owner? They did that already with MVP. TNA's problem is thinking former WWE talent will save the day. All it does is put them further in the hole. I think he'd make a respectable World Champion and be a good addition to their main event scene but I hear he's charging AAA around 15,000 an appearance so TNA would probably be dropping 250,000-300,000 to get him to a point that they could capitalise on him (India or PPV) so he's definitely not someone they can afford. Also, past a feud with Lashley where they do an MMA style feud (ADR can shoot) I don't really see any good matches that would be good. Del Rio Vs Bennett, Del Rio Vs EC3 and Del Rio Vs Hardy Boys doesn't appeal to me at all.

So she's just a liar then.
At some point, even if wrestling was my dream, if this was the only option to work for, I would find a new dream.

It's amazing how due to Aroluxe's involvement with TNA (to the point of having equity in the company) that we can without hyperbole talk about a legitimate Nazi takeover of TNA.
"First they bullied the ring crew, and I said nothing because I wasn't a member of the ring crew. Then they intimidated the production staff into working despite not being compensated for their previous services rendered, and I said nothing because I wasn't a member of the production staff....."

Off the clock. Time to see what other wackiness TNA has in store.

Meltzer mentioned that if Billy wants to get it and it is not finalised, if you don't prop up the doe, you may lose your TV. Maybe it's like last time too where he put more into it and get a bigger %.

few things... first off, the report is that TNA went to WWE to sell not the other way around... I am beginning to think this was just a way for them to say SEE WWE THINKS WE'RE COMPETITION! when... no, they really don't. It was always going to happen... but we scrambled for money to pay for it because we didn't have it. Are contradictory statements. Why would tehy be up in arms and worried about the company... I mean it's just one of the damned owners of the company had an interview were he pretty much flat out said that they didn't have the money to run the show, wasn't sure if there was going to be a show, and wasn't even positive that the company would exist post Sunday. why would anyone be up in arms about that? For a piece that was most likely created as pro-TNA propaganda this doesn't really make the company look good AT ALL.

Then again Pop isn't paying like DA was so it is easier to keep them on despite not getting Spike numbers like they claimed.

How can Dixie be surprised that the talent was upset and worried about the status of the company? She never tells them anything! This is how they make a living and she's surprised they are worried? God how damn stupid can this woman be?? Every time I think she's hit her low point, she manages to dig a little more out of the ditch!

Seeing some sources saying it's definitely false, some saying it's true, and some saying it's being said to be false to cover a source but rumor making the rounds is the person who billed out TNA is whoever Bill Simmons is. Inclined to take that with a grain of salt given all the conflicting word on it.

All of this is from an audio on PWInsider:
I asked earlier about the Pop TV deal, well, I got a bit of an answer that Pop deal seems to be the only stable one. India is up in the air because of issues around the tour and most of the of the others are not being renewed. From what I can find the Fight Network deal and Pop deal are the only ones that aren't looking dead, but I don't know much about the FN deal. Their biggest deal, the Challenge TV deal in the UK is up soon and not only are they not talking about a renewal yet but TNA hasn't even looked into holding their usual Jan. tour of the UK.
Something else that was pointed out, probably covered in here, but in the meeting Dixie claimed that she'd never sale to WWE but not only did TNA contact WWE to start talks but she was active in them.
Finally, TNA talent doesn't get paid for the block tapings. They are paid two weeks after the footage shot is used on TV. So lets say EC3 only films 1 show and it is the year end show, EC3 isn't getting paid for this week's work until 2 weeks into 2017.
There is a lot more but I don't want to give too much away from the paid stuff.

A couple of things. First none of the respected dirtsheet sites got any info about the talent meeting but PWInsider got exclusive info? PWInsider is a respected dirtsheet. It's just behind the Observer and the Torch.

I think it's more a case of PWI's two lead writers are close friends of Bob Ryder, so it's not so much a comment on PWI's status but that the whole thing was likely fed to them by Ryder.
