I stopped watching halfway through season three but if Deathstroke is back then I'm back on board!

No one is ever going to entertain me as a villain as much as Slade did in season 2 but Chase is too sick of a bastard for me to even dream up.

That was quite the explosive finale.

THAT WAS A GAWD DAMN FINALE!
Literally everything one could have asked for and more just WOW easily the best finale in all oF Arrow and officially seals it as the best season of Arrow right next to season 2..IMO it then becomes a person to person basis which is better but no doubt it sits righr next to it as the best.

Holy shit!!!! It's safe to say that this tops season 2 for me. Just amazing. Possibly the best episode of Arrow to date. It was great having Manu back, he has a real presence about him. Malcolms sacrifice was great although is he really dead? He is The Magician after all What a way for Chase to go. Amazing villain. Out of all the great stuff in this episode, the highlight for me was actually Oliver talking to his mother. It was super emotional and a great way to close out the flashbacks. Amazing season. October can't come soon enough.

Slade for a Legend next season?
We know Digger and Malcolm have something going on.
I just hope next year the villain isn't related to the League in anyway, an preferably no bow, no sword. It is more played than speedsters.

Yes he is still doing that show in New Zealand so him appearing in person doesn't seem likely next season outside a one off.
But since they are actually free to use Slade I can see him atleast voicing him since I expect to see him next season in some form , tonight they basically redeemed him and sort of set up a story arc for him with him getting to find his own son.

I really loved the way the finale set up for Slade to be if not an outright ally to Team Arrow, then an anti-hero who will either do his own thing or even join up with the Legends. I like this development for his character. {Spoiler}So how do you think Team Arrow will survive Lian Yu getting blown the f*** up? Did they get to the Argus boat in time? Did they make it to the Argus bunker where Slade was imprisoned that could likely survive all those blasts? I seriously doubt they just killed off the entire supporting cast. This season definitely redeemed the show in my eyes after an inconsistent Season 3 and a really bad Season 4. This was such a good season and the finale leaves me wanting Season 6 sooner than later.

Speculation for how the cliffhanger will be resolved. {Spoiler}As going to the boat, the team ran into Black Siren, they convince her that Chase will blow up the island, and she shows them a closer way to get off.

Good finale. Still not excited about Black Siren becoming a regular next year, but take the good with the bad.

Holy shit! What a season, what a finale, what a cliffhanger, what a villain. I am sad to see Chase go, but what an impact. You had a villain that was so far ahead of Oliver that he resorted to freeing Slade and Boomerang.
I have a feeling maybe Slade got the team to the ARGUS bunker he was locked up in. Unless Chase had a plan for that too because there's no way they made it to the plane on the other side of the island in time unless they called in the Flash, which after what happened in that finale is unlikely because Ollie would've known.
I like how quickly Quentin accepted that Siren wasn't his Laurel. The fight with Dinah and Laurel was great. Both knocking each other flying with their Canary Cries.
I don't think Malcolm is dead. I think he may have found a way to put Boomer on that mine. Then again Barrowman has said he won't be in Season 6.

I found it a bit interesting during the Canary fight that Siren said to Dinah.
"you thought you could replace me"
lttile entitlement there but also interesting little subtle hint at things to come for her that she wants to be the laurel everyone on this earth remembers and accepted and loved.

That finale was f***ing fantastic, capping a very strong season of Arrow. Can't wait for next season
