Wrestling Observer: Gaburick is such a worm. Ok there's the three updates together for the sake of ease. So we got TNA not paying TN taxes. TNA not paying talent and talent threatening to declare themselves independent if it doesn't get fixed in the next couple days. And Gaburick trying to sell TNA out for the promise of a job and after sucking up to Dunn about it, Dunn went to Vince and Vince said no.

It might be simpler to list all the people TNA is paying on time or even at all.

I may not be the biggest fan of Corgan due to his personal views and his pretentiousness with regards to his musical career, but I really don't have any negative things to say about him in TNA. Unlike Dixie, who basically just sees this as a platform to a getting a career in reality TV, Corgan's actually shown that he wants this company to succeed. He admits that despite its flaws, he wants to fix things for the better and I believe him. And he admits there are problems. Dixie and Ryder just bury their hand in the sand and say "Everything's great, morale is high." According to reports they'll say that to talent. Billy admits there are problems, and that he's trying to fix them. So if Steph is Ladyballs, what's Dixie then? f***ing Shit For Brains. Her full title is Lady f***ing Shit For Brains thank you very much

I don't doubt for one second that Dixie, Josh, Big, Madison Rayne, and Matt Conway haven't been paid on time and in full every two weeks. Also I think Matt Hardy is smart enough to have at least his and Reby's pay in their account before doing any thing.

I didn't think anything could be more absurd than Leona Helmsley leaving her fortune to her dog, but then Billy Corgan tries to invest in TNA.

Yea I'm pretty sure the the stuff he is doing cheap isn't expensive but it damn sure isn't Cheap and he's going to want his pay before doing anything else that would benefit TNA. Add on to the fact they are trying to tape at his house and I'm sure he demanded a down payment upfront.

Six years ago, my birthday was spent watching an atrocious episode of Impact with six minutes of wrestling if you count the overrun into ReAction. Now, my birthday is being spent watching TNA burn, and I can't get enough of this.
I'm convinced this can't be all. With how quickly shit is flooding out of the woodwork there has to be more.

Wow, by the time I get over this infection-whatever and get off of these antibiotics enough to feel human again, there may be no more TNA at all. Crazy.

Whenever I feel like my life has reached its lowest point and I am full of doubt and questioning my own worth as a man, I shall be able to remind myself that at least I have never been reduced to such a low as to be groveling to Kevin Dunn.

I'm suing TNA. Why? because it seems everyone else is so I just don't want to be left out. I feel like some how Dixie owes me money.

I can imagine the conversation between Kevin Dunn and Vince:
Dunn: "John Gaburick me and offered me a proposal."
Vince: "What proposal?"
Dunn: "He offered to sell TNA's tape library to us if we gave him a job."
Vince: "Let me see what he's done since started working for TNA and I'll consider it."
Dunn: "OK."
Later that day:
Vince: "Kevin, I checked out what Gaburick has done with TNA and holy s***, that almost gave me a stroke. Tell him HELL NO!"
Dunn: "That bad huh?"
Vince: "My grandkids could have done a better job than him."
Dunn: "Wow, it must have been bad."

So seriously, worst case scenario, how bad will this tax thing come back to bite them in the ass?

So seriously, worst case scenario, how bad will this tax thing come back to bite them in the ass? Considering they have negative dollars in so many different directions right now, I think it's safe to say that the tax thing is the nail in the coffin. This is going to move much faster than any court claim filed by another company or an individual could, and TNA is in a place right now where, if the word of people being so late on pay that their contracts could be voided by it is true, they can't afford to have anything pull at them that they literally cannot ignore.
