dave said she owes Fight Network and Aroluxe 3.4 million so far Still owes Billy and others money We know Dixie owes Billy money based on the filings but does she also owe Fight Network and Aroluxe or does TNA LLC? If it is the LLC, Dixie can probably wiggle out of paying them but personally owing them would be different.

I don't profess to be a legal or financial expert, but would I be right in surmising that these latest developments mean that morale in TNA remains high? Oh, no! Even he's given up on it!

Bish and his buddy's company are owed. The boys. The production crews. Who knows what other companies she owes cash to as well. What's funny is we up until recently still had posters here claiming the pay stuff was a lie. Putting "pay issues" in quotes and calling it a played out joke because we'd discuss it.

Any smart lawyer would tell you that you screwed up the second you decided to watch the show. Free Will is a Bitch Hey if someone can win a case after being burned by coffee I think I can win this! When that coffee was hot enough to cause you to need skin grafts, you can sue. TNA is not gonna cause you that much harm, no matter how you feel watching it afterwards.

I'm by no means a legal expert so this is a legit question. Is it possible that the TNA tape library gets taken by the state of Tennessee as part of seizure of property? If so, is it possible that WWE acquires the library for peanuts through some sort of auction?

I can imagine the conversation between Kevin Dunn and Vince: Dunn: "John Gaburick me and offered me a proposal." Vince: "What proposal?" Dunn: "He offered to sell TNA's tape library to us if we gave him a job." Vince: "Let me see what he's done since started working for TNA and I'll consider it." Dunn: "OK." Later that day: Vince: "Kevin, I checked out what Gaburick has done with TNA and holy s***, that almost gave me a stroke. Tell him HELL NO!" Dunn: "That bad huh?" Vince: "My grandkids could have done a better job than him." Dunn: "Wow, it must have been bad." I'm pretty sure Vince would never say the letters "TNA" during the course of a conversation. He probably never has in his life.

Whenever I feel like my life has reached its lowest point and I am full of doubt and questioning my own worth as a man, I shall be able to remind myself that at least I have never been reduced to such a low as to be groveling to Kevin Dunn. And this is what it comes down to for many people here, wanting to watch others crumble so they feel better about their lives. The celebrations over TNA's demise shock me. I get there were a lot of questionable practices, but I would much prefer if people showed some concern for everyone who is gonna be affected. Let's face it, a lot of these guys won't have a lot of options after. Its good that there will no longer be this sort of mismanagement, but I'm just amazed at how these discussions have no sympy for people that are gonna suffer. Another pet peeve is this cyber bullying of Kevin Dunn because of one Cornette shoot. Maybe I'm just overly sensitive. Okay, no. Just no. Who all, may I ask, do you see as being "affected"? The wrestlers? Most of them aren't getting paid or paid on time to begin with. The production crew? Same deal. Every single one of them will benefit from being away from a company that may or may not shut down, may or may not pay them, and constantly screws them over time and again. "A lot f these guys won't have a lot of options" - There isn't a wrestler on the TNA roster right now that wouldn't benefit from being out of their contracts with them. Most of them would have demand on the indy scene AND wouldn't have to hand part of their indy pay over to TNA like they do now. Dunn isn't due to one Cornette shoot, either. Yes, you're being overly sensitive.

This is what Billy said a few weeks back in an interview and from someone on here said it is just from 2010-onward based on what they are showing. Now according to PWInsider back when Billy said it, they only have streaming rights, not ownership and it was for a line of credit.

I believe so, if one can go by Rhode Island's possession of the Kingdoms of Amalur IP following the utter mess there.

If they already sold the tape library when they could have sold to WWE for (presumably) a lot of money and have had their content on WWE Network where there's a lot more of an audience than anyone else, that sounds like TNA.
