Dixie right now: True story: As I was typing this, "Tonight, Tonight" by Smashing Pumpkins was playing on SiriusXM's 90s channel. How fitting. Time... is never time alone You can never, ever leave Without Dixie owing huge debt to you.

I'm by no means a legal expert so this is a legit question. Is it possible that the TNA tape library gets taken by the state of Tennessee as part of seizure of property? If so, is it possible that WWE acquires the library for peanuts through some sort of auction? I believe so, if one can go by Rhode Island's possession of the Kingdoms of Amalur IP following the utter mess there. Not if TNA sold it off before the State filed a lien, I believe. The library, or that part if it is in pieces, would not then be property of TNA but of the person who bought it. However if TNA tried to say sell the library to Serg or Dixie or someone to protect that asset, it could be subject to forfeiture.

They sold part of the only thing WWE would want I wonder if that was the stupid that broke Dixie's back and caused Corgan to finally say, "f*** this!"

TNA has pulled through a lot of tough situations in the past. I'm struggling to see how they pull through this one.
Mountains of debt. Getting sued left and right. Not paying talent, talent threatening to walk out. Decreasing ratings all across the board.
I think it's finally the end, boys and girls.

After reading this thread and seeing all the news stories about TNA, here is my assessment of it thanks to my good friend Jeff Goldblum.

Honestly, I can't think of a way they can get out of this one. If the $3.5 million figure is accurate, that exceeds the value of their assets by a huge amount, and that's not even the grand total of their debts. Short of finding a money mark willing to settle their debts for them but agree to allow Dixie continue to own the majority of the company, I agree that this has to be all she wrote.

Dixie's worked a lot of people over time in order to help pay, but she must be running out of options now. Especially when those that put money in are wanting return investments. It's time she gives up. She should've a long time ago when she could've left with some dignity and cash in her pocket.

Whenever I feel like my life has reached its lowest point and I am full of doubt and questioning my own worth as a man, I shall be able to remind myself that at least I have never been reduced to such a low as to be groveling to Kevin Dunn. And this is what it comes down to for many people here, wanting to watch others crumble so they feel better about their lives. The celebrations over TNA's demise shock me. I get there were a lot of questionable practices, but I would much prefer if people showed some concern for everyone who is gonna be affected. Let's face it, a lot of these guys won't have a lot of options after. Its good that there will no longer be this sort of mismanagement, but I'm just amazed at how these discussions have no sympy for people that are gonna suffer. Another pet peeve is this cyber bullying of Kevin Dunn because of one Cornette shoot. Maybe I'm just overly sensitive. The only people potentially suffering are those that either never should have been in wrestling or those whose usefulness ended a long time ago. Not gonna lie; its gonna suck for a gut like Abyss, who was truly TNA's company man, & I do feel bad about guys like him. But I can't feel bad about people like Dave Lagana, Dixie Carter, Bob Ryder, Al Snow, & even James Storm, of all people. And... I was bawling my eyes out yesterday after having to quit a job due to stress.

Something I didn't know about -F4W So another Memphis situation For a second, I was wondering why a health insurance company would be interested. But... after all, it was HealthSouth that started this whole thing.

Is there some sort of Cliffs Notes version of exactly whats going on with TNA right now? I haven't been following closely, but apparently a lot of things happened lately. - Billy Corgan has filed a restraining order against multiple officers in TNA as well as filed as a secure creditor of Dixie Carter herself. - Audience of 1 productions is suing TNA and several officers, Areolux and Ron Harris. They are seeking money owed to them as well as a judgment and award for TNA, Dean Broadhead, Areolux and Ron Harris for screwing them out of a business deal to be extremely simple. - The State of Tennessee has filed a lien against TNA for back taxes owed. - Aerolux has a lien or ownership on various aspects of TNA for money owed. - Fight Network in Canada funded the last PPV and taping. They have some sort of claim to part of the video library. What it is and what part is debated. - Some talent are rumored to be filing for breech of contract and will be declaring themselves free agents if not paid in a week. - John "Big" Gaburick went to Kevin Dunn to try and sell the video library to WWE on the condition he got a job which Vince declined.

Still, despite all this, somehow, someway, TNA kicks out at 2 7/8.
