With everything we know about how poorly TNA treats employees, vendors, investors and anyone and everyone who is misled, defrauded or tricked into doing business with it, I don't understand how it is controversial to want the company to go out of business. TNA ending is the only just and fair thing and if it can just finally happen 2016 will have a one good moment in an otherwise miserable year. Because, depending on how one words it, it could seem like that person will be happy that the Talent/Production/Low-Level Admin employees will be without work. Is why most of us stress that we feel for the regular joes that work there, bu also note that the company and executives need to go.

Never happen. If the state did take them they'd probably just divide up the assets and auction them off in attempt to recoup some of the debt. Coming up next we have ... ugh another Bram contract. Do I hear a nickel? Going once...going twice...sold, to Bob Ryder! Now put on this speedo and get in the candy van.

Every time I thought TNA went and embarrassed themselves and I say "ok there's now way they can sink lower", they actually cause themselves more and more embarrassment.
Getting evicted from the basement wasn't enough. Moving next to the junkyard wasn't enough. Getting demoted to the TV guide channel wasn't enough. That 70s Show commercial loop wasn't enough. Nazis almost owning the company wasn't enough. Billy Corgan funding them wasn't enough. Billy Corgan going on national radio and saying that TNA was in shit deep wasn't enough. The hurricane f***ing up the taping schedule wasn't enough.
Now we have the state of Tenesse going after them.

I wonder how executives at Pop TV are reacting to this; surely they must have seen the reports of TNA's multitude of legal issues. Knowing that the GOVERNMENT is going after a company the channel is doing business with probably isn't doing much to convince them to continue this relationship.

After this past week, does TNA currently have more lawsuits against it pending than WWE?

That's not random capitalization by the way, she's sacrificing everyone else in the company to make mechs. So... does Gail Kim eventually become a giant Angel with the intent of transforming everyone in TNA into yellow goo? Dixie and Bob Ryder sits alone in the middle of a wasteland. "How disgusting"

It costs Pop nothing. They make money off the ads. Except, its pro wrestling. On Destination America, advertisers that would no problems airing on exorcisms or Bigfoot programming explicitly stated they would not air during pro wrestling. WWE still has that trouble & only got the deals today largely due to bending over backwards for them. Besides, soap opera repeats get better ratings than TNA.

This is Ideon: Be Invoke aka Kill 'Em All.

WWE has high ticket sponsors only through a very few key things, one of which boils down to having one of the biggest networks in the country going to bat for them and trying to get cushy, reputable sponsors. Another other one is even being on a major network; Coke isn't going to be caught dead putting their advertising budget into something like Destination America or Pop TV. The companies wiling to pay the sort of ad money that can keep a company afloat have to be coaxed into putting their money into a show much more successful and mainstream than TNA, which leaves TNA stuck struggling to find people willing to run ads on their commercial breaks that aren't network ads the channel runs for free.

Dixie wants so badly to be the captain that goes down with the ship that she'll intentionally crash into every iceberg she sees.

And, as a matter of fact, be paid on-time. Also, given the way things have been going in TNAland, get paid at all.

Gotta feel for Gaburick, still stuck there with everyone he works for and with knowing he tried to use the library negotiations to flee the sinking ship without them... Lagana got fired from WWE for being caught supplying Meltzer with information, and even he's got to be looking at Big like a stooge. Always heard Lagana got fired cause of a possible sexual harassment suit. Supposedly he was telling younger talent if they "helped him out" he could get them big pushes.

It costs Pop nothing. They make money off the ads. I think you are half right. I think it doesn't cost Pop anything since TNA is paying Pop to put them on the air. I don't know if it is true not, but I remember reading that somewhere. The more I think about it, the more crazy it sounds. TNA pay somebody?
