I'd bet, and this is spectulation, but that this is gonna boil down to "Corgan funded BFG and subsequent tapings, and in return, Dixie made a legally binding promise to sell majority ownership, then reneged, hence lawsuit". I honestly do not think he funded BFG week and that is the issue. Dixie found that money somewhere and it has led to this. Either her promising things she could not or doing something she had no right to with her change in position.

But did you know that when it snows my eyes become large and the light that you shine can be seen? A light hits the gloom on the gray.

And it continues another week another death watch. How will TNA survive this time is the question. Every time we thought the end was here, it some how goes on. The problem is it takes months for lawsuits to go get settled. & money for lawyers which based upon finances, Dixie is going have to continue get it from Nazis or Dad will provide her with his own lawyers he personally uses. TNA might not have any money, but Dixie does. She's wealthy and most certainly can afford lawyers and any legal fees that may come out of this.

When I spoke her name I spoke of TNA as a whole. He's suing TNA, Dixie Carter and a few others which includes her husband. The money she dishes out is going to be big which I assume dad has lawyers already that come from his pocket.

Remember when we were worried we were going to have to wait until January for new juicy TNA news? Oh man, the fun never stops.

This honestly feels like two kids, who are good friends, but are having an argument.... one needs a huge zinger, one that'll really cut to the bone, yet... one that can always be taken back.... so they muster up all their anger and rage and scream, "Oh yeah? Well YOU can't come to MY birthday party!"

This was inevitable, Dixie will see the whole thing go bankrupt rather than just give it up. I wouldn't at all be surprised if she's arranged a deal with the WWE for the library while leading Corgan on that he'd be getting the whole company.

Hahahahajajajahahahahahahahahahahahahaahahahajahajahahahahhaha.....Oh this is so f***ing funny. TNA, you deserve this. And seeing their track record in court cases, they will lose to Corgan. They're gonna get f***ing stomped. They probably can't cobble a legal team together, meanwhile Corgan's still rolling in that Smashing Pumpkins money and can probably pay for the best. To put it in legal terms, they're f***ed.

I know I said it before, but any way we can revive our fundraising efforts from when we had designs for buying ad time on Impact? But instead of a commercial on Impact, we can make a documentary on TNA. Maybe something like "The Thin Blue Line" by Errol Morris. Complete with reenactments and original musical score by Philip Glass (or at least a soundtrack compromised of Zwan songs).

Dammit, Dragon Megatron in a powdered wig deserves more Likes! Anyway... this is incredible. The tapings, sans Total Nonstop Deletion, are done, but they will be so broke in January that they will have to go to doing a really bad EWR script of hiring local guys to fill space. Man... I really want to see Bear and Warpig team up against Less Fortunate & Made in China with Super Porky as guest ref.
