OK SO!
I wasn't annoyed at this game officially until tonight, but it's happened. I decided to start a Lucha Underground save and download as much stuff as 20 DLs would get me. So I get the belts, some arenas, and a good chunk of the wrestlers. I find a really good Prince Puma, abd decide to have a title match with Matanza. So I pick Puma...and he has no logos on him. Not his tattoos, not his mask...nothing. Despite the fact that his download preview screen had all of those on him. Ok, so I try to pick one of the LU arenas... And none of them can be picked. They don't even show up on select screen. What. The living. f***.
I am so tired of this game being broken and half-assed every year. I really want to like it, but it's so goddamn shoddy. Just...ugh.

Just...ugh. 1. The new patch fixes the problem with the logos. That happens with all caws created before the previous patch. If you DL the new one, you'll be good to go. 2. To use a created arena you have to go to create-a-show and make a show for it. This is so it will have all the graphics that go into the presentation of the match. |

Another annoying thing happened. I have this CAW who wears that cape with the metal sort of triangular chest plate for his entrance.
Well I decide to give him a second attire. Once I was done doing that I notice the cape in first entrance attire was gone. So huh, yeah I'll just edit it back on. Go into jackets to get the cape and it's locked out. I made zero changes to the first attire, why the hell is this cape now locked out? There was not a problem before.
For dickens sake.

So i can no longer play multiplayer matches or use custom wrestlers now, all due to the message "use of user generated media not allowed" coming up every time i try to play. Tried restarting and all that but man this is a huge game breaker for me. Anyone else had this problem or even know how i can get around it?

Despite this game's flaws, this is the most fun I've had playing a WWE game in a few years. It all has to do with the star rating and points system. I used to win as soon as I could, but in order to unlock wrestlers I've forced myself to prolong matches. That adds additional challenge to the game, and turns some matches into a bit of a gamble. Do I pin my opponent now and settle for 8,000-10,000 points? Or do I attempt the 5 star rating and risk the CPU making a comeback? Having that element of risk adds to the fun of each match IMO.

So I have to hope that the guy reups him after the patch. Meh. And thanks, still think that's annoying to create a show just to use arenas for exhibition. Man, I just wish 2K could get their shit together. |

Just got the game and having to DL the 17gb patch....Yikes..

Vader vs Bam Bam.. I'm Bigelow and during the match a cutscene featuring Vader going "stuff this, I'm outta here". So thought I was gonna win by count out. Cut scene ends and Vader immediately runs into the ring, match carries on as normal. What was the point of that then?
Still. Having fun with this game. Just had a great main event featuring Brock v Owens. With Owens hitting three pop-up powerbombs (and kicking out of two F5s) to successfully defend the WHT Championship. Now the two are due to face off in the main event of Hell In A Cell.

Bit surprised at the absence of Will Ospreay and Ricochet moves (unless most of them are in already)... Especially since some of them are being used by current guys (Tyler Breeze and the Cheeky Nandos superkick).

Some decent moves, having the Fireball Punch and Weapon X is going to be awesome in the game, but it doesn't feel as amazing as the pack moves have been in past years. It's probably because we're approaching critical mass of how many new moves we can have in the game.
By the by, I haven't been able to dig too deep into moves this year, but it feels like the Cradle Shock hasn't been in the game ever. I know the generic Samoa Driver is in, but it's just not the same as the real Cradle Shock. (I ask that mostly because it's my CAW's finisher, and ever since they took out Create A Move, I'm always having to find weak replacements for it.)

Honestly I tend to forget the Moves Pack is even a thing. Usually there'll be like one move I add to the moveset of someone who needs it, some things I'll pick and choose from for CAW movesets, and then a bunch of things I just have no use for and totally ignore.
Actually most interesting DLC move for me is one already out, the new Inverted Suplex. Used it as something of a signature move for one of my CAWs for years then they pointlessly locked it off from being a signature or finisher, now have a new and more impactful one I can use on her instead.

that video is wrong the Pop up powerslam is not part of the moves pack.
edit: actually it appears to just be showing everything as Powerbomb 9 is Sid's powerbomb.
