one thing i wish they'd add is taunting with weapons, and for maximum Mick Foley simulation, add a possibility to do things that he has done, like jumping off a apron with chair on top of a opponent laying on the announcer desk.. speaking of! can we have different styles of announcer tables? it irks me to see a wwe style announcing table on wcw/ecw/japan arena.

Since this wasn't answered on the previous page, I'll re-post again in more condensed form:
Is my phone camera the reason why my face is too narrow for the CAW's head, even if the eyes and mouth fit? What's my solution for this, even though I made sure the photo was 512x512 and checked video tutorials?

Just got the game. Don't see a manager setting option in universe. If I set it on the main game will it apply or this a hilarious oversight? Or am I just missing it

If you want managers in Universe this is what you have to do: before you start the show choose edit show, choose the match you want the manager in and press the button to edit match, choose change participants (that will take you to the wrestler selection screen), pick wherever your wrestler is (they separate custom and downloaded wrestlers from the default roster), pick wrestler, choose to add manager(s). It's a long and complicated effort and along with the alternate attire it should be at the controller select screen. Or wrestlers with managers should have their managers come out as default. As said managers may as well not exist in Universe. Also if you edit a match with rival events (that's the R next the name) during the show the rivalry is on, it will delete the rivalry... isn't that just great  |

I've been enjoying the game a lot more than 16 and was excited to see that manager feature. I'll try not to let this step back ruin my cautious optimism. Probably not gonna bother downloading Maryse and the like though if it's that much of thing. |

17 honestly is probably the best in wrestling gameplay in a decent amount of time, but all of the other modes and features are plagued by restrictions and oversights.

I can't get my face photo to fit properly on 2K17 even after watching video tutorials, reading articles, and testing out the stock photos. Even after I get the eyes and lips close enough to match, the sides of my beard usually end up going above the jawline of my face, so it looks like I'm wearing mask. Re-sizing the width and length of my face in Photoshop didn't help. I've used the 2K16 Creation app and my regular phone camera, shooting at mid-range, close, and far away. Taking photos with the phone camera held sideways isn't working, either. Is my phone camera the problem (it does make my face look more narrow compared to real life)? Ironically, I'm camera-shy, so I'll provide the pic in PM if it's needed. It's utterly broke for me |

Even using their stupid 2K face app didn't work because my picture would be aligned wrong or would be too big/small to fit. So I gave up and just fudged around with the in-game model to make him look like me.

...dammit I was just gonna try to alter my caw with a face swap, but reading these posts have totally disuaded me. Other than that, gonna upload some smackdown event stuff tonight after work.

So I gave up and just fudged around with the in-game model to make him look like me. 2K18 really needs face morphs/templates back as an alternative. The face photo system on 2K17's been too much trial-and-error for me as well. |

My Dynamite Kid couldn't beat Baron Corbin except by count out. One match I said "F*** it, I'll get DQed so I can save face in this rivalry." "Accidentally" plowed over the ref, went and got a chair. Came back in. Went to hit Corbin.
Of course this is the match they decide to - all of a sudden -introduce me to switching focus, and I waylayed the recovering ref instead.
I had to laugh. That poor ref got his bell rung literally.
But I'm making progress in my rivalry. Finally pinned him when I just changed my finisher from superplex to a powerslam. (Up to this point, I couldn't do a finisher unless it was outside the ring.) And I'm a real good promo.
Next match I faced Samoa Joe & Zack Ryder in a triple threat. Zack had the decided advantage. After getting back in the ring, I threw Zack out, powerslammed Joe, got the pin a hair before Ryder could get in and break it up.

Haven't play this in awhile so I messed around with my universe this morning Nakamura retains the wwe title in a 4 way yet Aj is listed as champ so I put it back on Nak and now all titles are vacant.I'm done.
