Kind of wondering who all's a potential viable Showcase star next year. I kind of think they really need to either just abandon or retool the concept, maybe go back to doing time periods instead of specific people, but doesn't seem too likely. Only people I'm really coming up with as viable to be cover stars at this point in time are Rock and Roman, and I'm not sure how well the latter would work given, like, not having Mox or Bryan able to be in is kind of cutting off a serious amount of his work. I guess you could maybe do Punk but even then, like, you don't have Morrison, Edge, Jeff Hardy, New Nexus, Vince, Alberto... You'd have to leave off like a gigantic section of his big matches. Well, I can tell you it won't be Jimmy Uso! |

Yes we had a bit of it with WWE 13 and the Attitude Era, but this time let's get both sides. Maybe I just want Mall of America Nitro, I dunno. |

Mixed Match Challenge Tournament
First Round Bout In an absolute shocker, Isla Dawn and Kevin Owens managed to put their difference aside in order to advance in the Mixed Match Challenge Tournament!  Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio are a force to be reckoned with in WWE. The Judgement Day have never been more motivated after Ripley and Damian Priest lost their World Titles at Payback. Determined to climb back to the top of the mountain, Rhea spent most of the match dominating and cutting off Isla Dawn from tagging in her less-than-enthusiastic partner, Kevin Owens. KO has been struggling to come to terms with Dawn's eccentric behaviors, calling her spells and spirits fake. However, anyone who attended Saturday's Mixed Match Challenge may be thinking otherwise. Ripley spent the entire first half of the match systematically destroying Isla Dawn, the witchy wonder had no answers for anything the former Women's World Champion was throwing at her. Unfortunately for Mami, KO had a plan for this. Making his way over to the The Judgement Day's side of the ring, Kevin Owens yanked Dominik Mysterio off the mat and tore the man apart until Mami agreed to tag Dominik in. Unfortunately for The Judgement Day, KO's cunning plan worked, as he immediately broke his word and continued to brutalize poor Dom. One Apron Powerbomb later and the WWE Universe was left in shock. The surprises didn't end there!  Following their victory, Isla Dawn proved to those in attendance that her spells are not to be written off, as the Glasgow native used some sort of supernatural power to shut off the lights! When they turned back on, Rhea Ripley was surprised to find the man she was carrying out of the ringside area had become a frog! We have witnessed some strange things on WWE programming before, but perhaps, Dominik Mysterio becoming a toad may be the wildest yet! Toil & Trouble advance to Round Two of the Mixed Match Challenge Tournament! |

Just realised I didn't give enough detail about the matches I'm considering. For the Intercontinental Championship. The Champion is Bret Hart. Now, the 3 wrestlers I'm considering for a one-on-one match with Bret in what will be a Special Referee match with Shawn Michaels as the guest referee (who'll screw Bret, naturally). The 3 wrestlers being Eddie Guerrero, Ricochet and Santos Escobar. For the Women's World Heavyweight Championship match. The Champion is Piper Niven. There're 3 women I'm deciding between atm and they are Liv Morgan, Zelina Vega and Cora Jade. The match at Survivor Series will be a ''normal'' one-on-one match. The WWE Tag Team Champions are Randy Savage and Rick Rude. The two teams I'm deciding on in terms of who'll challenge them are the teams of Cody Rhodes and Triple H and the team of The Miz and R. Truth. The match will be a regular tag team match for the titles. So now I've given more detail on the matches I'm deciding on. I love that you use a mix of legends and current wrestlers. That's how I do it as well. The way I see it, why not do it when you can? Plus, it's a great way to have matches that you'll never see in real life, i.e. Bret Hart v AJ Styles which was the Main Event for me at Wrestle Mania in 2k23. Well, I can tell you it won't be Jimmy Uso! I'm a bit stuck creatively with him since I've already done him v Jey at Summer Slam. He and Sami were never a team in my universe and I've got no interest in having him in a feud with Roman, Rock or Solo. I'll have to think about him, see if I'm interested in having a throw away feud as it were between him and someone else for a bit. My Universe HAS to have Vader in it. |

You know, I'm glad you told me to start posting in this thread because I was stuck with Tamina and was just going to make her a jobber to the stars with no direction. In fact, it kinda helps me with my dilemma regarding Jey too, especially since Nia isn't in the game...I'm thinking Rock could insult Tamina, mocking her new look by comparing it disparagingly to a Dungeons and Dragons character and beating the crap out of Jey backstage when he sticks up for her which to leads to Tamina and Jey v Rock and Piper at Royal Rumble.
Piper, whether she's still Champ or not would be involved because she DID beat Tamina in a title match on a RAW before Hell in a Cell during her title reign and her character looks down on the rest of the locker room.
Damn...That's one match for Rumble sorted besides the two rumbles...

Also get rid of the stupid entrance-only shit for certain parts because these games clip all the time and they’re functional for brawls anyway so what’s even the point? |
