Finally going to visit there December 9 I have a pretty long list already with no way to squeeze everything in, but wanted to get some more opinions on it. Right now my top picks are... 1) Philadelphia Museum of Art 2) The Rocky Stairs and possibly Statue (are they still in the same place? I thought they moved the statue) 3) The Liberty Bell 4) The University of Pennsylvania I'd love to do more, but only have THREE DAYS so I have to use my time wisely.

I'm fond of the Franklin Institute. It's a really neat science museum. I also like the Philadelphia Zoo.

I love the PMA. If you end up going there, make sure to check out their Impressionist collection and the Rodin exhibit. Much of the Rodin work is located outside of the main building in smaller buildings. Highly recommended.
For food, there's plenty to check out. For cheese steaks, I like Jim's or Tony Luke's; Tony Luke also has a great roast pork sandwich. For pubs, I like Monk's and its spin-off the Belgian Cafe. If you like seafood, they have great mussels and frites. There's an old school soda shoppe, The Franklin Fountain, that has a bunch of cool things to try.

The Rocky statue is located to the right of the museum steps. Just look for the big line of people waiting to take pictures; you can't miss it.
When I visited Philadelphia this year, I toured the Eastern State Penitentiary. That was pretty cool.

Have a drink at Paddy's Pub. Mac and Dee actually own a bar in Old City called Mac's Tavern. They're never there, but it's a cool spot. A few blocks from there is Lucha Cartel. Pretty awesome Mexican spot that will sometimes do some stuff with Chikara guys. Also, if you go to the Art Museum, I do believe Wednesday nights and Sundays are pay what you want admission. And don't go to Pat's or Geno's for a cheesesteak. Go to John's Roast Pork on Snyder st.

Just don't go on the weekend if you enjoy freedom of movement.

Oh yeah, for cheesesteaks you wanna avoid Geno's. Overrated as hell. Go to Jim's Steaks South Street instead.
Reading Terminal Market is great, too. It has a ton of variety in food to enjoy. DiNic's is famous for its roast pork sandwiches.

Pretty awesome Mexican spot that will sometimes do some stuff with Chikara guys. Lucha Cartel and their tag team partner National Mechanics are both great. Both are a few blocks from the Liberty Bell/Independence Hall area. Johnny Brenda's is another good spot, it's featured in Creed if you'd like to continue the Rocky vibe. Quick cab/Uber/Lyft ride from the Art Museum. If you're watching your time, a word of warning: the Art Museum is HUGE. Don't get hung up on trying to see everything, even a wing will have your head spinning. Don't know if it's up yet or if the LOVE Park renovation affected it, but they usually have a nice little holiday market in one of the parks/plazas around City Hall. City Hall itself is one of the most striking in the world and has a pretty interesting tour as well.

Never been, but if I were going I'd try to see a wrestling show at the ECW Arena if I could.

Go up to locals around night time and say, "Man, I thought it was always sunny here." I bet they love that.
