I can see Jason Bateman as Hank. Especially as his character in Mike Judge's Extract.
David Koechner as Bill. Who also was in Extract. Or maybe Joe Jack.
Other than that, you guys got some great choices.
I pick Stephen Lang as Cotton. And maybe Chris Cooper as Buck Strickland.
