Predictions for 2017

I'll add other predictions later but for now just the basic stuff:

Royal Rumble winner: still want to say Finn Balor, but if he is officially ruled out before the end of the year I will change it.
Wrestlemania main event : Finn Balor vs a heel Roman Reigns
Undertaker's Wrestlemania opponent: John Cena
Money in the Bank winner: Cesaro (sometimes the WWE like to throw these guys a bone, so if he resigns this will probably be the reason why )

Theres going to be a small rise in ratings/attendance towards the end of the year.

Goldberg will have matches at WM and SummerSlam.

A mega legend will pass away.

John Cena will in another world title and work part time, ala Lesnar in 2014.

AJ Styles turns face and moves to Raw.

Asuka is called up

Charlotte turns face

Bobby Roode is on Smackdown

Austin Aries flops on the main roster

Finn Balor turns heel and moves to Smackdown

Roman Reigns has a match with John Cena

The NXT title is defended at WM.

*Shinsuke Nakamura vs. John Cena happens at some point during the year.
*Drew Galloway resigns with the WWE
*Hulk Hogan will be eased back into the company. Starting with an interview on the WWE Network.
*DJ Z will be signed
*A member of the WWE roster will be the subject of an embarrassing social media leak/hacking...possibly costing them their job
*The Miz will just continue to go from strength to strength
*Daniel Bryan vs. The Miz will happen
*Dean Ambrose and Becky Lynch will both have successful heel turns
*AJ Styles ends the year as a face

Charlotte stays undefeated on PPV until WrestleMania (this PPV will end with her tapping right after the time limit BTW)

Roman Reigns turns heel after the Rumble and loses the US title at WM to either a debuting Nakamura or Samoa Joe. He also does not get a world title run until very late in the year, if at all.

Finn Balor returns to win the Rumble and takes the Universal belt from Owens, which will allow Owens to rehab his standing after a weak title run.

Jay Lethal, Kenny Omega, and Adam Cole will be the only big hirings for WWE in 2017. Or so it will seem....

Bray Wyatt ends Miz's run as IC champ at WM.

Cena loses a Retirement Match to Undertaker at WM, keeping Flair's record intact. Undertaker then retires the following night on Raw.

Cesaro wins a world title before year's end.

Rollins defeats Triple H at WM to retire him from active competition.

Mojo Rawley gets a short test run as a solo competitor. It ends up a mild success.

Ronda Rousey announces she is retiring from MMA and training for the WWE after losing to Amanda Nunes at UFC 207 and Cris Cyborg at some point in 2017.

Conor McGregor is asked to guest referee a match at Summerslam. Which will be after he upsets Tony Ferguson to retain the UFC Lightweight Championship.

Jack Gallagher is elevated from the CW scene to compete for the US title. The cruiserweights, by the way, thrive in 2017.

The Hardys do NOT come back to WWE.

After WM, Charlotte will not be champion for the rest of the year.

Rusev and Lana turn face.

Big Cass wins the US title at some point in 2017.
