They should have kept Nia in NXT

Not a personal knock against her, because I think her ring work has actually been fine. But with how heavily RAW is focused on the three horsewomen, Nia has just been lost in the shuffle. I think it would have been better for her to have stayed in NXT through the end of the year and made her RAW debut right around WM, perhaps after the Rumble. And during that time she should have been built more slowly and had a more drawn out program with Asuka over the title-which would have helped prevent the lurch they are in for contenders. Plus Nia could also have done a program with Ember Moon to put her over and help give her some rub on the way out. And then by the time Nia moved up to RAW, hopefully the Charlotte/Sasha/Bayley story would have finally wound down, leaving room for her rocket to rise. As it is, she is just spinning her tires uselessly.

They probably should have kept her there a bit longer, though I think they've deliberately kept her out of the mix. When you're that much bigger than the other competitors, you're a top threat whenever they want you to be, so don't be terribly surprised if she is throwing Sasha through a table, or whipping Charlotte into the barricade by her hair, etc, in the near future.

They should had but Hunter wanted her on the main roster sooner rather than later. Same for Dana Brooke and Carmella. How the current NXT women roster currently looking, she would still run into the same problem down there. Not enough veteran talent to work with.

Disagree. They should blackball whoever books the women's division, that is whoever has had the final word on what happens, and then utilize the talent they have to wow the eff out of us like they're capable of. And by blackball, if that person sneezes and it sounds even remotely resembles "wrestling" or a wrestling term, they get sentenced to a dungeon where no one will ever have to hear from them again.

There's almost nothing in NXT left for Nia to really get; putting her on the road at least presumably lets her get in the ring with more experienced talent on house shows, otherwise she'd be squashing Liv Morgan every few weeks to the creative or developmental benefit of nobody.

She's just plain not ready for the main roster. She's regressed in the ring since being called up, she's not a good speaker, she doesn't have any cool power spots or anything to command your attention in her squash matches, she doesn't have a good look, and her character's kind of an awkward mess with the, "She's a monster!" thing being thrown about constantly yet them still endlessly mentioning her being a model.

She probably wouldn't feel quite so directionless if Paige had stayed out of trouble, Summer hadn't been injured, and Emma wasn't so busy building her Vogue portfolio. Pretty sure if they were still on the active roster she'd have steamrolled through all three of them on her path to Sasha and the title by now.

That being said, even if it had played out that way I still wouldn't be interested in her.

She's been up for I don't even know how long now and tonight was the first time she's actually been given something to do.

Now, imagine she had still been in NXT working regularly and improving for all those months and tonight she debuted to take out Sasha.

Not only would she be better off as a performer for it, she'd already be a bigger deal and more over than she is now after six months (or however long) in a single appearance.
