Arrested Development is close, if much more layered.

I felt 30 Rock & Community complemented The Office and Parks & Rec well. Best NBC Thursday lineup since the Must See TV Days.
If semi documentary sitcoms is what your looking for then Modern Family and The Muppets that aired for one season on ABC last year that show was amazing.
Currently Superstore is in its 2nd season by some of people behind The Office. It's pretty much The Office inside a Walmart, the second season is better than the first, it's not the best show on tv, but I find it's a decent way to pass a half hour. Also The Good Place is still in its first season and I'm really enjoying it.

I rarely got to ever watch that as a block as it happened, but would catch the shows later (Except 30 Rock, which I sort of gave up on). Last block of programing I remember enjoying outside of Fox Sunday Night. I haven't watched that much broadcast TV in the past 10 years or so, but that lineup was incredible.

I'm a HUGE Always Sunny fan (even went to Mac's Tavern in Philly earlier this month!). Also, I've seen every episode so far of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and enjoy that one too. I haven't watched Love yet, but I'll have to change that since you ranked it so highly I'll give some others a shot too. Also, let me offer a recommendation in return as it is also another reason I'm interested in the show Love. It's called Easy. It's an 8 episode anthology series on Netflix. It's kind of hit or miss, which makes sense given it's an anthology show, but worth checking out and doesn't require a huge time commitment. I started and finished watching it during a heavy worth week.

Though the old shows appealed to a larger audience, shows like 30 Rock and Community had better writing overall.

The Good Place.
It's created by Michael Schur (aka Ken Tremendous from Fire Joe Morgan and the co-creator of Parks & Rec and Brooklyn Nine-Nine) and it has a genuinely great premise.
Kristen Bell is a recently dead person who has been transported to "The Good Place" under the care of bureaucratic angel Ted Danson.
There are a ton of twists and turns, so I don't want to spoil anymore, but the show is a mix of The Office, Parks & Rec, Lost and Pushing Daisies. It's pretty great.

Very, very Airplane! flavored and I loved it.

Does it pick up at all by the end of the season?
