Damien Sandow. Dude went from being considered THE underrated talent to being throughly exposed as low-card comedy fodder. Has he been any good on TNA since he went there ?

It's Paige in my book. Her stock had fallen a little but she was still primed to be a mainstay of the women's division for years to come.
Two drug suspensions, of which one the company flat out told the press was for recreational drugs, an arrest, a tumultuous relationship with Del Rio, who put a guy in hospital because of her, and the very strong possibility that she could be gone from the company in the next few months.
Lesnar hasn't had his best year, but he can at least console himself with his million dollar paycheques, 11 months paid vacation time, and the guarantee the company will bow and scrape to accommodate his every whim.
Even The Club aren't doing too badly. The stuff they've been given to work with has been terrible, but aside from Cesaro and Sheamus literally everything in Raw's tag division has been godawful. Guns 'n' Gallows are at least the third-ranked team on Raw and the top heels in the division. It's not as if they've been Ascensioned.

Sandow/Rex won this goofy new belt TNA has called the Grand championship, where you wrestle for 3 rounds and win the rounds on points or you can get a pin/TKO. He recently lost it to Moose in like 1 minute, haha. He's been pretty bad in TNA, since being this initial fiery babyface mad at WWE tanked. TNA turned him heel and I can't even recall how or why. He's basically lost without getting to do some version of the Sandow gimmick.
I didn't get the Anderson and Gallows signings. It seemed like a favor to AJ more than anything. But really what evidence in American wrestling is there that Gallows is anything remotely memorable? It's like the Tensai signing all over. Once someone is basically a marginal talent in Vince's eyes, it really doesn't matter if that guy has a big run in Japan. In Gallows's case he was a marginal talent in both WWE and in TNA, so it's not like winning tag belts in Japan is meaningful to American fans. Either way they made for okay lackeys but once they got sent to Raw away from Styles you knew they were toast.

It's pretty obvious and all, but they had to turn off the crowd mics during the Wrestlemania main event because the crowd was shitting on Reigns so hard...and then he took a Wellness. He was just lame for the rest of the year but those two moments were just sad.

Oh, and there's Titus O'Neil. Began the year on a bit of a win streak, but then lost said streak to f***ing ADAM ROSE (speaking of Ls for 2016...). That same night, he got suspended for grabbing Vince after Daniel Bryan's retirement speech, becoming one of the very few wrestlers to miss Wrestlemania despite being healthy. He eventually returned and started stinking up the joint every single night, had a program with Rusev for the US title where he defended the honor of his kids and lost on Father's Day, and then had a go nowhere feud after turning on former tag team partner Darren Young, and put one some really bad matches and promos, to the point where the feud didn't even have a blow off, and now he's part of the C-show crew with this one note Titus Brand gimmick.

The Vaudevillians.
Lost their feud with American Alpha. Full Sail crowd got tired of them. Lost their last NXT match to the then unsigned indy standouts Gargano and Ciampa. Moved to the main roster with tepid fanfare for their debut. Had an unimpressive series of matches with the New Day. Moved down the card after that. Renewed rivalry with Enzo and Cass. Gotch nearly kills Enzo. WWE tried using that accident for heel heat for them and the crowd still is mild towards them. Enzo and Cass finally get their revenge against them and the Vaudevillians move even further down the crowd. Gotch gets into a backstage fight with Sin Cara. Sin Cara kicked his ass soundly. They disappear until needed once more for enhancement work. Get drafted to Smackdown and it's more of the same except more one sided and quicker in defeat. Lower on the food chain than the Ascension. And now literally reduced to being puppets. It will be a miracle if they aren't future endeavored in 2017.

Either Vince himself, for the Andromeda galaxy sized L that was WM32
or Paige, who was the top heel amongst the women at the end of last year, and then I can't even remember her being used in the first 4 months of this year before she was dating Del Rio.

There's something to be said about how Titus went from being seen as, sure, a bad worker but fairly charismatic and worth keeping around to 'Worst Wrestler of the Year' bad. I don't think even Smackdown could do something with him if they wanted to, so he gets my vote.

Brock Lesnar had high-profile wins at Mania and SummerSlam, but got wrecked by the tag team of the USADA and Goldberg.

When it comes to taking L's or being an L, only one person comes to mind.
Dolph Ziggler.

Either Vince himself, for the Andromeda galaxy sized L that was WM32 Uhhhhh.... You look at the paid attendance and gate for that show? I can't really say The Club even though they've been booked like total jokes. They sucked in Japan and they suck now. It's not really a fall from grace.

The gate doesn't matter, what matters is the amount of bad that it did for WWE's relation with its fans that was so bad they basically had to reset the whole company after it.

It's not even about them sucking in Japan it's the perception. You were basically part of "the raid" they included Nakamura and AJ Styles. Perception was you'll do fairly okay even though it was known they weren't world beaters. They have failed in meeting minimal standards
