Just wondering, say AJ Styles jumps from TNA to WWE (duh!) and he goes out on RAW wearing one of his TNA t-shirts. Now when he is in the ring or whatever he is wearing the shirt but he, the announcers, etc don't talk about the shirt or anything like say its for sale or try to say its a WWE shirt or what not would TNA be able to sue over him wearing it? What I mean is in the end its just a t-shirt, could I wear my shirt if it had another companies logo on it?
BTW, I don't mean will Vince get mad or whatever just could a lawsuit be made over it.

TNA is probably too busy marking out about being used on WWE that it doesn't bother them.

I'm pretty sure that Austin was wearing ECW's "Brian F'N Pillman" shirt on the Raw where Pillman pulled a gun on him, but considering the relationship that ECW and the WWF had at the time, I don't know if that would really count.

Probably have more objections to wearing an Enron, Chess King or pet.com shirt than TNA at this point

RVD wore a WCW t-shirt on ECW once, and Lance Storm wore a WCW Monday Jericho shirt once on ECW too. I don't recall there being any consequences or lawsuits over this.
Also, Sandman wore an ECW t shirt on TNA after WWE had purchased ECW.

Didn't The Elite wear New Day shirts on a NJPW show?

Didn't Sting wear his TNA gloves and nobody gave a single shit? Someone who worked for TNA gave a shit, and was mocked for it.

Copyrights cover the entire design featured on a shirt, so if the argument could be made that the offending company is either directly or indirectly profiting from it a lawsuit could ensue.
I'm positive if a former WWE guy showed up on TNA showed up wearing one of their WWE shirts whatever passes for TNA's legal department would be getting a call from Stamford, CT.

It's Josh Mathews, isn't it. And his first statement in court will be 'Webster's defines a 'lawsuit' as...'
