I'd like for them to go back to Madison Square Garden Unless the Garden holds 75,000 that night, it's never going back there. I heard the Garden held 75,000 the night Diesel beat Backlund for the title

Can we like, have Wrestlemania not be in the South for once? It is always a safe bet with the South. Having it in the North in March/April is too much of a possibility of snow and freezing ass cold weather. I know it will never happen, but I'd love for them to come to Beaver Stadium in Penn State. Not counting the field seating, they can already hold almost 106,000 fans.

Is it true that Backlund died the next day?

I might be tempted to go. I love New Orleans, and haven't been back since 2005. This is as good a reason as any.

I have no objection to another Mania there, just not so early. I'd like to see them go back to Vegas - the Raiders are looking to move there, and will be getting a dome. While I dread what the stadium is going to do to Vegas's education budget (we are already close to rock bottom in the US), it does bring hope that Wrestlemania ends up here.

I wish they would come back to safco They're probably staying away from WA because they really don't perform strongly out here. I don't think I've been to a sold out venue yet in the Pac NW. Thing is, WrestleMania today is bringing that global live audience, so it's always a guaranteed success.

Hmm, I'm crossing the Rumble off my bucket list this year, maybe I cross Mania off the list next year. New Orleans is a manageable road trip from where I'm at and I had a blast last time I went.

Shit I might go to my first Wrestlemania now. I still want one in Canada that isn't Toronto. Like Montreal or Vancouver. Or hell one that isn't in the states like Mexico City

Can we like, have Wrestlemania not be in the South for once? Technically, 2 of the last 5 were in California and New York

When other cities show they actually give a flip about Wrestlemania, that's when it when will go there. The cities getting it simply want it more, and that's what should happen. I love initiative, so while I would rather it be in various locations in a way, there is something to be said for initiative and identity, and I can get behind that with these city selections.
Also, there is something to be said for familiarity, and--for instance--going back to Orlando, there are a lot of things I already know how to handle that was handled as a newb the first time through there.
Bottom line: it's not WWE's fault. I know I, for one, don't try to walk through doors that are locked or aren't going to open.

I wonder if they once again lost the bid to get it in Minnesota again. I'm not mad about it, Superdome is a good area, but kind of wished they do something newer. Hell maybe try to book one at the new Atlanta stadium being built. That place would be amazing for a Wrestlemania.

Like others have mentioned it all comes down to the cities now and New Orleans was PERFECT for Mania.
Everything that was in the downtown area was within walking distance. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was great, and not to mention they have a huge Harrah's Casino that is beyond amazing.
It was the best Wrestlemania city that I've been to. I won't be able to go to 34 at this point (recently married/attended 7 out of the last 10) but when I saw New Orleans I was disappointed that I probably can't go.
If you have the chance to go to New Orleans, GO!
