Is there money to be made? Yeah?
Well, I guess I could choke down a FEW more egg whites.

Id love it. I know Wolverine isn't supposed to age much, but I wish Hugh Jackman could play him forever.

I still don't think Logan isn't the last time he's going to play Wolverine. He's just going on hiatus that's all.

Yeah. I'm down for him to stick around. Tom Hardys the only other guy I think could do the character justice.

If this is as good as it is sounding it sounds like this should be the high point in which he should hang up his claws.
And also because I want X-23 to take up the mantle.

May as well. Until Fox gets their shitty X-Universe sorted out, there's no point it getting rid of Hugh. He's one of the only bright spots.

Can't blame him. He is still young enough to play him convincingly, but there will be a time he is too old to play the character. Also Wolverine is one of the more recognizable characters in the comic book universe and easily the most recognized X-Man.
Not to mention the dumptruck full of cash he will earn.

Honestly I can go either way. He's perfectly fine as Wolverine but I'm not really a fan of the character to begin with so don't really care.
Though I'd lean toward cutting him since outside of Deadpool I think they should just reboot X-Men outright. The movies are just a tangled nonsensical mess by now to try to fit together and nothing in the world can convince me come the next movie that there characters would've aged 30 years since First Class.

Can Fox just keep these two and send everyone else back to Marvel?

Weren't Fox talking about rebooting the X-verse again, post Logan?
If so as much as I like him they should probably change the actor for it.

Weren't Fox talking about rebooting the X-verse again, post Logan? If so as much as I like him they should probably change the actor for it. They did, but the rumors also suggested they wanted to keep McAvoy and Fassbender, doing a "soft reboot". I'm just thinking "Isn't that EXACTLY how you got McAvoy and Fassbender in the first place?". Honestly, the X-Universe is a mess. They need to commit to a full reboot, and take the tone somewhere completely away from the Singer-verse. If they were smart, they'd use the Claremont/Byrne team of Cyclops, Storm, Colossus, Nightcrawler, Wolverine, Banshee, and Jean. And don't Americanize them. One of the coolest things about that team is that all of them were from a different country (sans Jean who wasn't on the team at first). It's a true international superhero team with greatly varying personalities. It'd work, provided they didn't shy away from color or fun.

Like Robert Downey Jnr. with Iron Man, and Samuel L. Jackson with Fury, I really don't see how you can just have someone else play Wolverine now. Some of those guys you could re-cast fairly easily - Black Widow, even Captain America as much as I hate the idea... not Wolverine. Probably Wolverine more than any of the others.
