It's difficult to define what genuine heel heat is. AJ, Owens and Jericho get some boo's but mostly cheers. Guys like the Shining Stars get boo's but that's "oh, we have to sit and watch these f***ing losers?" Heat so that doesn't really count either.
So who DOESN'T get the cool kids cheering but still has people not rushing for a piss when they hear your music?
I'd say the only three who qualify now are Braun, the Miz and Rusev. Both effectively over as heels, both get genuine boo's and not much in the way of "smark" cheers.
Is that it, though?

Since no individual is really a draw any more. Nobody is paying to see Elias Samson get his ass kicked. The live arena reactions are amazing and the crowd is super invested. But I don't know if anyone is watching to enjoy seeing him get his ass kicked, although I certainly am. |

If we're talking about guys who get consistent heat just about anywhere they go in the world, it's pretty much Roman Reigns. I mean, guys like Rusev, Miz, Owens, and AJ get heel heat, but you don't see the visceral "I hate you and want you to lose" reactions the way Reigns gets.

Yeah, I also have to give it to Charlotte. No matter how great of a worker she is, she doesn't get any cheers towards her character as a heel like others do at times (Styles, shit even Miz did against Ziggler a few times). Charlotte can do amazing things and get booed all through it. Sure, they might cheer for how great the match is, they might cheer for the rivalry but for her? Nah, it's straight boos and it's rare.
