Wow I forgot about a TON of this. Mainly because if was in the NXT Diva Search Seasons and Superstars but man, Punk was gold a lot of the time. His digs at Josh are even more hilarious in hindsight Obviously the classics like "SHUT UP JOSH!" and "MY DIET SODA!" are in there but there are some I just completely forgot about or just flat out never saw, worth a watch!
"King Kofi Kingston, great nickname, really iffy on the initials though..."

I liked him outside of NXT. On NXT he just played into the whole thing of burying the women mostly just because they were women, which I just never understood the appeal of.

And it was ironic, considering that's where his future wife emerged from

To be fair, the NXT Women Version was largely a flop and he was far from the only person even on commentary who would bury it. I'd go as far to say Cole was worse as a heel. This was also during a time where Womens Wrestling was really at a low for WWE.
I do find it funny that one of them turned into his wife and maybe FANs greatest Trigger

Yeah, but in today's context he'd look really bad if he tried that again. Or Banks would just dive on him. Other than that I LOVED Punk's commentary. Not as much as Savage's, but he was good.

A lot of what he said was really funny but in hindsight the women's NXT stuff is a little bit near the knuckle. The way he so cheerfully buries everyone and everything is glorious. I wouldn't call it good commentary because when he was busy yelling at his colleagues he ignored the matches. I did love his bromance with Cole something fierce.

Somehow I never heard this one back in the day.
"I don't have the words to explain exactly how crazy most of the Harts are. I have a theory about the house being built on maybe an ancient Indian burial ground, or maybe some sort of radioactive meteorite, but that's a story for another time."

JOSH: Lucha libre style of AJ! PUNK: ...That's an armdrag. Americans do armdrags.

"I wish I had a little chihuahua that was dressed like a human *does rocking a baby motion*"
"I give the little boy robot an F, he did not stay on topic..." *Matt Striker visibly breaks into laughter in ring hearing this in his headphone*
"I need some natural dynamite in my life..." And boy did he get some...

A flop because of WWE mostly though: AJ Lee: Divas Champ, would probably be a big part of the Women's Revolution if she didn't leave. Kaitlyn: Divas Champ, wasn't amazing but did a good job and got over until WWE did that stupid storyline with Big E Naomi: Total Divas star, mainstay on WWE programming for near 7 years now Aksana: Underrated in my opinion, was funny as the llama enthusiast and really clicked as the Bond girl, wish she stuck around. Maxine: Extremely underrated manager, haven't seen her in LU but is obviously making a good impression. Jamie: yeah okay she sucked but I liked her xD So to say the class was a flop was unfair. You had heel Cole and Mr Buckets of Cash on commentary, it's a miracle any of them got over. Not to act like I'm above it all either, I was at an NXT Season 3 taping (boring as hell), I made Striker, Kaitlyn and AJ all corpse though when Striker said "there's only 3 weeks left of the competition" and I jumped out of my seat and cheered like Austin was coming out. Side note: that's the AVAST! episode.
