Obviously NXT is where wrestlers go to develop and improve, so whether it's in-ring, character development or promo work, before they would be ideally ready for the main roster?
My first pick would be TM61. Good in the ring, but they're like default mode CAW's at this stage. I'm not saying turn them into stereotypical Aussie's, but a gimmick, a showcase of their characters or something needs to happen.
Ditto Ember Moon. Looks great, her teaser vids hinted at some kind of Mortal Kombat character but once she takes her hood off its generic smiling face. Disappointing, but hopefully easy enough to fix.
Who would you say?

Wesley Blake, Frosted Flake.
Not counting the "Only performs in front of Florida Man" Performance Center types.

Jaisin Ruddnick is sloppy as hell. I have no idea how he can work in those boots.

Who would you say? I've mentioned it on the boards a few times before, but Ember Moon's main issue to me is her finisher. The first time you see it, it looks really cool. However, a move like a top-rope stunner shouldn't be someone's regular finish for two reasons. 1) That's something that you should pull out as your absolute last-resort 2) Continuous use of that on a full-time schedule will quickly add up with to wear and tear on the body. Hogan is feeling the effects of doing a Leg Drop for years as his finisher, I can only imagine how landing like that night in and night out will affect her in the future

Pretty much everyone in NXT that isn't Roode, Joe, Nakamura, Asuka, The Revival, Aries, Eric Young, and to some extent Tye Dillinger.

Riddick Moss and Tino Sabbatelli Word. These dudes are just as CAW like as TM61 and the commentary team did them no favors comparing them to action figures.

TM61. I love them, but they aren't going anywhere without a character. They're a classic case of "Indy cred only goes so far".

I think all the ladies, sans Asuka, have work to do. It might be because we got so much so soon from Paige, Charlotte, Sasha, Bailey, etc. The good thing is, hopefully we can watch them improve over the next few months.

TM61 for sure need a lot of work. They are talented guys but man do they come across as lame. Can't quite pick why but I think they need to work on their look first off.
Also Patrick Clark - the 'prince' gimmick has potential but he needs a lot of help getting somewhere with it.

TM61. Potential is there but they need the time which they should have as there is no rush to bring them up for at least another year

With TM61 probably because they look incredibly generic, plain tights with the team name on, Thorne has a HIDEOUS tattoo on his chest that needs covering. They're at least hinting at personalities, Thorne being Jim Neidhart crazy, the other one the straight man, though I'd have him go Lance Storm serious for the moment, since he has the personality of air.

Liv Morgan has potential, but needs tons of work both in the ring and on the mic. A new gimmick wouldn't hurt, as some could see her current one as too close to Carmella.
I think TM61 would be better as cocky heels. They look like lost members of Cobra Kai.

TM61 need some kind of hook. Right now all they've got is "we worked in NOAH" but most fans don't even know what that is.
Liv Morgan also needs work. She's just sort of a discount Carmella right now.

Bobby Roode. Generic "I'm better than you" heel who claims to be rich despite working in TNA the majority of his career, with a meme theme which got over because of two other people and is more over than he is. I came in here to post Bobby Roode as well. Outside of the song and the entrance, there's nothing there.

They haven't been mentioned but the Authors of Pain can be pretty damned sloppy in the ring. TM61 for sure need a lot of work. They are talented guys but man do they come across as lame. Yeah, TM61 have the base for characters that can be expanded upon... I do like Thorne (the Crazy one) wearing red while Miller wears blue due to the aggressive and passive connotations to their respective colors... but yeah they need more to the outfits than just that... that said they did fantastically show off their characters by wardrobe choice in the backstage segment with the AoP and Regal talking about the Dusty classic final match, where Miller was wearing a standard 3 piece suit and tie, while Thorne was wearing a suit it looked like he slept in with no tie and was half open.

Liv Morgan, she ain't even Takeover ready yet in my opinion. Yeah, I know they had her on some WWE Live house show recently. Hope it's just for her to see 'bigger' crowds. She is not ready for a call-up imo.
