Per the WWE App push notification, Roman Reigns defends the United States Title in a Handicap match against Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens this Monday on RAW. It's been MONTHS since Roman wrestled a match without those two in it on RAW... 😴

Reigns will easily beat both of them and we'll still have to wonder if Reigns can beat Kevin Owens at the Royal Rumble!

I haven't fact checked myself but I heard on a podcast yesterday that Roman has had I think 18 matches on Raw since the brand split and 14 were against Owens and/or Jericho.

I swear this feud is like they saw all the people saying the Rusev feud was a burial and went, "No, no, we'll SHOW you a burial!"

The question is this: What is the frame of reference for all this? It really feels like WWE is trying to do some sort of "Heel GM stacks the deck against a guy" but why does Steph hate Reigns? Or Foley? If it is a handicap match who exactly gets the belt if Owens/Jericho wins?
Owens is being booked like such a goof leading into the Rumble that he almost has to be retaining. Him jobbing and looking like a moron for weeks on end and then just jobbing at the PPV is a straight burial if it happens.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say he wins after getting his ass kicked for most the match, getting hit with multiple finishers, with one spear.

I got the notification on my phone and openly said, "Who could possibly give a f***?"
Raw has went far beyond terrible. At this point, they're teetering on unwatchable.

October 10th was the last time Reigns was in a match on RAW that did not involve Jericho or Owens, as he teamed with Sasha Banks against Charlotte Flair and Rusev. Since then, those two have been one or both of his opponents, and one time, Owens was Reigns' tag team partner.

This is why you can't have a three hour show. AJ does not wrestle that often on SDL and neither does Dean. But since RAW needs content, they need these guys to wrestle every single week. However, that doesn't excuse them from booking almost identical matches all the damn time.
