I feel Bayley could do a Cody Rhodes deal and have an ominous rendition of her theme as a heel (i.e. Masked Cody's theme). Sami would need a new one.

I don't think so. Sami's theme is too enjoyable, same with Bayley's. They'd have to get a different variation, or a whole new theme.

Bayley going all New Jack with natural born killaz would be gold. Zayn's theme is bloody awful anyway, so he'd be sorted.

I think if you ever wanna do a Bayley heel turn (and why the hell would you), they need to start with the tubemen up before she hits the ramp, so then when she does turn heel, they can start it up and have it begin with her normal theme, and then they shut the fans off and the tubemen just die out while her heel theme kicks up.
