... we didn't have nostalgia. Instead, we complained about how much better everything was in the future and that's the way we liked it and dammit, we were right! Not like these days. I miss the good old days when people knew to appreciate these days.

We had all those great songs of the 80s, which I played constantly during the early 90s.

In my day, we used to think the future would be a whole new world.....a new fantastic point of view. A dazzling place I never knew, and with new horizons to pursue. Now I look back on those days and wish Robin Williams hadn't murdered himself.

Most of us are pissed off that we got screwed out of flying cars, jetpacks and sex with hot alien bitches.
This future blows!

I always shake my head at the opening to Lost in Space.
"The year is 1999."
I get 40 some years is a long time, but they were way off.

Yeah, I liked "the future" a lot better when it was flying cars and robots as compared to what it actually turned into with Twitter, selfie sticks, and "savage".

Scientists are saying the future is going to be far more futuristic than they originally predicted

Stupid kids these days are so stuck to their iPads and phones,
Back in my day, our eyes were stuck to Nintendo 64s and Game Boys!

Give them time, remember, the Earth was devestated by a comet in 1994 and mankind devolved into an era of savagery, super science, and sorcery!

FLIBITY FLAM!!!! In MY Day, we didn't have those fancy I Phones or I Pads. When we wanted to connect to people, we took a rock, and carved messages on the sidewalk, and a lot of times those rocks would break, and we'd end up cutting up our hands, and bleeding all over the sidewalk. And sometimes those cut up hands would get infected, and we'd end up having to have our hands amputated, so, we'd have to use our bloody stumps to write messages. So, there we were, writing messages in our own blood with infected bloody stumps for hands, and that's the way it was and we LIKED IT!!! (Pounds desk) We Loved It!!!
