I thought today’s show was supposed to be about The Main Event?

I’m about half through the show. Good grief, lots of ads in so little time lol.

I’m about half through the show. Good grief, lots of ads in so little time lol. It was like that during '83 weeks'. It was an ask Eric show and after every 2 questions there was an ad. I hate that Conrad and whoever show his is doing don't interact much during the ads anymore. Hell I looked forward to the Blue Chew ads more the show itself sometimes. Lol

I think Conrad needs to take a break from the ECW shows for a while.

I discovered What Happened When late last year and boy are they funny together. I can always get enjoyment and laughter from their show together.

While their commentary on the show sucked, the actual banter between Conrad and Tony was f***ing hilarious this week. One of the funniest shows in recent memory. I almost wish they would reformat the show to where they just have a conversation about random shit for a couple of hours. I enjoy their side banter a lot more than their wrestling talk, surprisingly.

Haven't listened in a while but saw some talk on Twitter about Tony's feelings on Chris Cruise. Could someone film me in, Craig David style, on what Tony's said about him?

Listened to yesterday’s episode and there was one comment that sparked my curiosity. Conrad mentioned something about not enjoying Booker T matches anymore. Does anyone have a clue what he’s insinuating?

I completely lost it by "DDP throws Mike Awesome into an ambulance that drives off, meanwhile Shane Douglas and The Wall fight backstage. The very next shot is The New Blood pretending to be pall bearers bringing out Ric Flair's casket and there's both Shane Douglas and Mike Awesome as pall bearers." What a f***ing mess.

I thought this week's episode was the worst one yet. It just felt really dull until they actually started in on Tony's TNA appearance. Unfortunately it's more TNA next week.

Booker withdraws when he learns it's Starrcast and not just an autograph signing. 411mania.com/wrestling/booker-t-explains-starrcast-booking-withdrawl/

Also, Conrad ran that joke about Tony wrecking that car into the dang ground. Yep. It was funny at first ("It was a shoot wall, not a working wall."), but yeah, he killed it after the 90th time. You can tell when Conrad has had a little to drink because the show just flows better when he's "well hydrated". Otherwise, it seems like he tries to force things. They have good enough chemistry, he doesn't need to do that.

This week's episode may be the most 'skippable' episode they've done. It's not awful, but it's just not a very exciting listen. Tony, bless his heart, tries his best to give a shit about the episode of TNA they're watching. I have no idea why they did a show on the first Impact episode. Conrad joked about people accusing him of being paid to promote the Impact+ service, but why else would he do a show with Tony Schiavone on this?

This show is my #1 must listen to podcast every week, but this week was one you can skip. No one had any real interest in the show and the banter wasn’t as good this episode. I’ll admit I wasn’t paying 100% attention to it, so to be fair I’m going to give it another listen. Btw short episode this week once you fast forward through the commercials.

I really hope they don’t do another TNA show for a very long time.

I know they're planning on doing more TNA shows, likely because they've already gone through a ton of the ECW and WCW stuff on the WWE Network. I would prefer them to focus on the Spike TV years in future episodes, which was their prime period from a national exposure standpoint, but that's just my opinion.
