Does he have a story? Like I remember him making an appearance in that Softball episode in which Hank is the coach. But was he ever a featured character outside of commentating mower races, highschool football, middle school football, and other sporting events? You know the guy that sounds like Dale on Cocaine.

He and Peggy were among the victims of the con artist giving out fake Ph.D's. Probably my favorite episode. And I think it's the only one where he was so prominently featured
