There is one one character that should be cast as his potential love interest...

They kept referring to him as a gay MAN. They aren't turning him human, are they? That'd be lame as hell.

I'm kind of shocked they haven't done more with Oswald really. He has a feature in some of the Walt Disney's Comics and Stories that IDW has been publishing, but yeah virtually nothing else since Epic Mickey 2 in 2012. Very odd. I'd figure he could appear on one of the kid shows (Mickey Clubhouse, and that new Mickey & the Roadsters show that replaced it) but even then......it wouldn't be much. I think in the end they just really wanted the rights back to Walt's original creation. .........or really wanted to get rid of Al Michaels. He did have a cameo in the Mickey short "Get a Horse!" that aired proceeding Frozen in theaters.

How soon before they buy the rights to Richie Rich and make him basically Richard Branson?

I hope this somehow leads to a Mad Max /Wacky Races crossover.

I hope this somehow leads to a Mad Max /Wacky Races crossover. That's what the Wacky Races comic (which ended after 6 issues) "was." It was horrible.

Horrible doesn't begin to describe Wacky Raceland. That really annoys me because the idea of Wacky Races in a wasteland could have been funny... but basically they changed so much to make it super edgey! and it ended up having nothing to do with Wacky Races but the names of characters and had no resemblance to the original concept even satirically.

In other words, typical DC.

How soon before they buy the rights to Richie Rich and make him basically Richard Branson? But will they team him up with Scooby-Doo again? Or at least Pac-Man and the Little Rascals?

Come to think of it, WB put out DVDs with the Richie Rich Show and with Pac-Man, yet the Little Rascals are supposedly harder to come by due to rights issues. Is CBS that much tougher to deal with than Harvey Comics and Namco Bandai?
(remembers that Price is Right reruns are pretty much banned everywhere)
Yep, it's probably that tough.
