This made me think of renting Fatal Fury 2 for Genesis back in the day, playing it practically non stop in an effort to beat it before it had to go back, finally beating it, and learning that the ending was just, "And so, ______ became the strongest fighter in the world."

I TOLD YOU ALL HE WAS A GIANT CHICKEN! When friends of mine in elementary school told me that when you beat Dracula in the original Castlevania, he turned into a giant chicken monster, I told them they were full of it. Years later, as a grown ass man, I finally hit the kill shot on Dracula and took my hand off the controller in celebration. Only to be immediately killed by a giant chicken monster. |
