I still don't know why there wasn't a sequel to the 2009 remake. It's budget was $19 million and it made $91 million. It sounded like a success to me. Idk.

I still don't know why there wasn't a sequel to the 2009 remake. It's budget was $19 million and it made $91 million. It sounded like a success to me. Idk. Main reasons are it was poorly received and had an absolutely massive drop in its second weekend, going from $43 million to $8 million. |

I could be mistaken but I thought I heard they were working on a sequel after the first one was released but nothing ever came of it. |
