 Why are they trying to clean up a wine stain using a Sonic the Hedgehog 2 case? What was going through their mind at this point? Were they shocked that a plastic case which was made to hold a game for the Sega Genesis was not efficient in cleaning out a stain out of a couch? What the ever-loving f*** is wrong with this person?!?! |

Isn't this the same commecial that they use the case to julienne potatoes? I remember loving this ad.

I believe this was a Genesis commercial parodying 1980s infomercials. It was advertising the Genesis bundle set that came with Sonic.

this looks like the goofy Sonic 2 ad that was basically a riff on all the late night infomercials that had wonder products that could do everything.
