Do you use them? If not is it because you're afraid to use them due to insecurity or you read an article on why they are bad or don't see the point in them? Brah they are one of my favorite machines. My only criticism is they don't make them heavier I'm all maxed out. But honestly they are amazing in creating balance and functional strength. Like they have improved my squat ten fold. I'm just sad I may have to figure out a different hip abduction excercise. I don't want to be the guy laying down with the heavy bar bell on my pelvis and thrusting the weight up.

I like them, tbh. I use the ones at my gym about 2 to 3x per week. I'm up to about 150 lbs. and they've done wonders for my thighs and hips.
