Not seen it in years, but it's Krusty just ahead of Mr Burns. Mr Burns was pure evil, but Krusty had that sleazy douche bag side to him.

Troy McClure (RIP Phil Hartman) Krusty is a very close second. Are you gay? Gay?! I wish! I love Kent. "When asked for comment on the lawsuit. Krusty the Clown replied, "This, I don't need." Just the deadpan delivery.

That jaded and cynical sarcastic guy who's always working odd jobs in various places. And his voice is based off Charles Bronson. Speaking of which... Hey, ma. How bout some cookies? No dice. Dis ain't ova.

Kang and Kodos. The only episode of the Simpsons I've watched in recent years is the Treehouse of Terror simply to see them.

That's a tough one.
I love Krusty, Milhouse, Moe and Burns.
It's one of those four. Maaaaybe Krusty is my absolute favourite.

Sideshow Bob, Troy McClure, Lionel Hutz
And another underrated one I only realised writing in the quotes thread.
Jasper, you never think of him but most moments he gets a line he's hilarious.

I feel Kent Brockman is highly underrated. He's uttered quite a few funny/memorable lines over the years. Killing me all the time. Crazy funny stuff (only saw first 10 seasons) Troy McClure and Lionel Hutz are also hilarious Quimby is another great great character. "Vote Quimby!" while some stranger enters his mistress' motel room
