Comic Book Guy. Because I know somebody personally that is way too close to all his mannerisms. I've seen him kick people out of his store for mispronouncing names.
He makes all his real money as a hair stylist that he runs inside his comic shop. He flat out admits he'd go broke in a week if it wasn't for his stylist skills. He knows he's a shithead on the comic side of things.
That said, he's somehow attracted a very loyal base of comic customers because they know it's a haven for "serious" stuff. It's an odd place, but a fun place.

Chief Wiggum, Smithers, Ned and Skinner always get a laugh out of me. An underrated character I find is Chalmers. He doesn't get enough love and he has some great moments with Skinner.

I feel Kent Brockman is highly underrated. He's uttered quite a few funny/memorable lines over the years.
