To this day I love that the first Star Trek movie sequel was also a direct sequel to an episode from the TV series, which the first TNG sequel also did with First Contact being a loose sequel to Best of Both Worlds.
Marvel and DC could learn something from that.

Maybe WWE should have given Del Rio a Ricardo Montabaln gimmick I remember Ricardo Montalban's name being mentioned numerous times on WWE television a few years back. I cant remember if it was being referenced about Del Rio or not, I just have JBL yelling RICARDO MONTALBAN seared into my brain

According to Nicholas Meyer, the director of Star Trek II, the question he gets asked the most about that movie was if that was really Ricardo Montalban's chest. It was.

Just saw the Robot Chicken "wrath of Kahn" opera. That is a thing of beauty.

Wait I thought they said it wasn't Now where did you hear that? I believe I heard Meyer in the director's commentary say that, and comment that Montalban was in amazing condition for his age. As an aside, another amazing thing about Star Trek II is that Kirk and Khan never actually acted against each other, we're never in the same scene together.
